The main living room has a modern and ultra-comfortable sectional that looks out over the water. Floor to (almost) ceiling sliding glass doors can be pushed open to expand the living space outside. Behind the sectional is a sleek built-in wet bar with a mini-fridge and a sink so you can easily entertain without heading into the kitchen. The whole family can sit in the dining room together and enjoy a family-style meal. This space includes a large table and seating for six. Bring out cards or board games to play here, or set up your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get work done with a view. Custom white cabinets in the kitchen pop against the pale blue walls, and chrome finishes accent nicely against the granite countertops. Store all of your family’s favorite snacks and groceries in the cabinets and full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and use the double ovens to cook homemade meals. In the middle of the kitchen is an expansive island with a large soaking sink, creating a perfect spot to prepare meals. The island doubles as a breakfast bar. The second bedroom is a calming blend of whites and grays and has high ceilings, a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom three has a large window that overlooks the front of the property. Guests in this room can binge-watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen without ever leaving the comfort of their Queen size bed. Bedroom four is great for kids and adults. This mostly-white room has two sets of bunk beds with full-size beds on top and queen beds on the bottom. This room has a private bathroom, complete with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, beautiful luxury flooring, high ceilings, and a flat-screen TV. Guests in this room can slide open the sliding glass doors every morning and step out onto the patio with a cup of coffee. This bedroom also has a sleek and sophisticated private bathroom. This bathroom has white subway tile work, modern vanity with under-storage, and a glass-enclosed shower with rain shower features. The private waterfront patio offers comfortable outdoor lounge furniture so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. 1250 Aruba Court is a perfect place to host a family gathering/vacation. The home is extremely well-appointed and offers a lot of living space for large families to enjoy. The outdoor space is exceptional as well! Located close to everything, and only a 10 minutes bike ride to the beach. It was just perfect!

Beautiful home in a great location. The dock and porch areas were very nice and enjoyable. Minor issues considering this luxury rental included, no working ice makers which were finally fixed on our last day, some extra cleaning supplies would have helped us keep it clean- we bought Windex. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Well appointed canal front home with great functionality

Great location and well appointed, everything you need for a day at the beach or for fishing from the dock. We rented a boat the week we were there and it was easy getting in and out of the channel to and from the ocean. Most nights we sat on the dock and fished, the kids caught plenty of fish and we brought in a number of smaller sharks which was very exciting for all. Stayed here with two other couples and our children and there was plenty of room. We have all decided we will definitely be back again.

Amazing vacation

Amazing vacation

Had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The house is gorgeous and immaculate. It’s large and roomy with furnishings that are oversized and mostly from Restoration Hardware. We spent our days at the pool, kayaking, fishing off the dock or walking/ biking to the beach. We enjoyed sunsets at night while dining on the homes large deck/patio. Most nights we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, bbq. It really couldn’t have been better.

Our family of 9 people (7 adults, one child and one infant) loved this rental
home. Awesome water view from the house and patio. Beautiful layout of
the house. Nearly all amenities included. Beach chairs and umbrella from
the garage were a big plus as we needed them for a beach visit.
We were disappointed with fire pit not working from
the beginning. The maintenance guy came over trying
to fix it to no avail. The swimming pool and spa were fabulous to use whenever heating was working. We had to make two requests for the
pool service guy to come over to fix it. He was a great guy to work with.
We definitely would love to come back again!

The house and location was amazing. Everything was clean. Pleanty of space to accomodate several families. We loved the placement on the water so much we didnt feel like we even needed to go to the beach. The rental company was responsive if we needed anything and this was a smooth check in and check out. Couldnt have asked for more and I would bet this is the best vacation rental in all of marco. WE LOVED IT!!!

Beautiful home. Perfect for multigenerational families!

We had 13 members of our family stay in this home over ten days. It was a wonderful home...we could spread out when necessary and come together in the pool, at mealtimes, watching the sunset. Location is convenient to stores. Be aware that of the 5 bathrooms listed, two of them are in the MBR. Also the MBR bed is very low to the floor so not easy to get in or out for elderly. There were some minor inconveniences with rental agency (not enough towels, not enough linens) but that didn't hamper our enjoyment of the property. A vacuum is necessary as the floors are dark.
