Ottima la posizione vicino al supermercato e a yosemity ( servono comunque 50 minuti di macchina). Booking al momento della prenotazione non indicava che bisogna pagare 46$ di ingresso al parco che ospita la casetta ( leggere bene contratto della struttura) . Pulizie ok

Manca aria condizionata, presenti due ventilatori portatili. Al piano superiore se si deve utilizzare la mansarda come seconda camera super caldo invivibile. L host non si è premurato di accendere ventilatori o arieggiare per cui al nostro arrivo è stato impossibile accedere alla stanza per dormire se non dopo 4 ore ( periodo di soggiorno fine giugno). Abbiamo segnalato all host.camera al piano terra ok. Presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice ma non lavastoviglie. Un bagno solo come scritto ma da valutare se gruppo di soggiorno numeroso.

Nice shower, good pressure. Once we sorted cooling house down, it was comfy enough. A quirky property.

Not much instruction on air con. It was unbearably hot inside when we arrived. Couldn’t even get upstairs. Lots of electronic sockets didn’t seem to work. The photos made it seem we were near the lake but we were a 10 min drive away. We were disappointed with this location.

De devoir payer un péage de 47 dollars pour rentrer dans la résidence, sans que ce soit clairement notifié lors de la réservation. Le parking public indique sur l’annonce est inexistant il est formellement interdit de se stationner aux abords de la résidence.

It is clean and it has everything you need.

The gas for the grill was gone the second day of our stay. The entrance of the place is different from where we pay to get in the property.

House and location is great. Relaxing and secure area. Loving eating breakfast and watching deers walking by. Beautiful scenery.

We need pay more 44 dollars more at the initial price for the card needed to enter the neibourghood that hasn't been mentionned in the listing. We need to find the spot "main gate" before to try to find the house, to pay this card. There is NO 4G so you can't use maps on phone to help you to find the adress and the home. There is no name on the street "cottonwoods". There is no name "mellow deer" on the house, no light, so, in the dark you cross the street but you can't see the home. There is nothing to indicate "mellow deer". The door is in the back side, with no light, so, you arrive in the dark and you need a light on your phone to find the door and the key box. On your website, it s writen that there is a mountain vew : which is not! Only others houses in a park. There no mountain vew in this overall area. AND, we are still looking for the swimming pool! There is no swimming pool ! I admit that nothing has been done to fix the heating system since 2022, the warmer system was out of order (there is a note who write "not use because it s broken"), so it was really colder. The warmer of the parents room was ok, but no warmer upstairs where childs slept. If not, I will clearly share my point about the lack of investment by the owner and clarify that in winter this is only a 1 bedroom cabin as it was 58Fahrenheit upstairs, no serious cleaning is made between clients, ...

Loved the location and atmosphere! Beds were warm, sofa’s comfortable. Internet functioned well.

The heater in the lounge was out of commission, and there were no instructions on how to use the fire. There was also only one match left to try and light it. Minor inconvenience.

The access to amenities and the feeling of a home. It was nice and cosy with comfortable beds.
