Beds were comfortable and kitchen items very clean

Outdoor area is very sad and smelt like cigarette smoke. The outdoor setting was dirty and dusty. The agent offered to bring us extra towels but it was unpleasant to sit out there so were declined. The garden is not landscaped at all and far from appealing to the eye. The games room is not an area that any of us enjoyed being in, very dirty and old. with oil stains everywhere. Carpets stained and in need of a proper clean. My family were so disappointed they went home and refused to come back.
