Divinas vistas

El apartamento en si, es muy lindo, tal como se ve en las fotos, super amplio y muy cómodo. la ubicación frente a la playa es muy buena, pese a que la playa no es la más linda, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento. El mismo está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, las camas son muy cómodas también. la terraza es muy amplia y tiene vistas muy lindas a toda hora.

Me complicó un poco tener que pagar por medio de un link de pago que me pasaron, estoy acostumbrada a manejarme por Booking directamente, por lo que me tuve que comunicar con Booking, por lo menos para dar aviso ya que yo había reservado con una tarjeta y una de las cosas que mas nos aclaran es que no compartamos datos de tarjeta. pero bueno, tuve que hacerlo así y por ahora no tuve ningún problema. Del alojamiento se comunicaron conmigo telefónicamente y me dijeron que en Costa Rica los pagos eran así, era el primer alojamiento del viaje así que no tenía experiencia para discutirlo, el resto del viaje lo pude pagar como hago habitualmente. no era tan así, son detalles. No le resta puntaje al alojamiento en sí pero resulta algo incómodo tener que completar mis datos en un link de pago. Puede salir bien como puede salir mal

Nel complesso molto piacevole

Ottima Ottima struttura gran bella posizione e con una vista meravigliosa

La struttura comincia ad avere bisogno di manutenzione e la terza camera somigliava più a un deposito che una stanza, la vista personalmente l'avrei preferita nel soggiorno perché per andare in terrazza si doveva per forza passare dalle stanze

haciendo turismo en jaco

las habitacion muy bien aire controlado exelente la vista excelente en el balcón tardes de pelicula viendo caer el atardecer

en la cocina el desague con problemas ,las paredes del edificio con problas grietas o fisuras se cae la pintura en la parte externa ,el dia que me hospede se daño el ascensor la cama de una de las habitacones ya con problemas el colchón

Good value, okay location, clean and spacious bedrooms.

nice having three big bathrooms, great view,

kitchen is tiny; forget about cooking any major meals and very limited pots and pans. no living room or meeting room within to sit and talk. living room is the balcony and not a great place to meet when raining or its hot, etc. also its at the edge of town, so getting anywhere is a 15-20 minute walk or Uber. Uber is cheap but can take 10 minutes or so to get one. no floor mats so sand was everywhere with kids going in and out of the beach, etc.

The apartment was perfect. Very open awesome views.

Bed was a bit hard for our taste I’d put a gel pad on it. Otherwise we loved the place.

Exceptional

I like the location, the space in the apartment, 3 bedrooms 2 of them with in the room bathroom and the other one with the bathroom outside,they all have private bathroom, the big balcony with the front ocean view was a plus,private beach. Communication with Roger through WhatsApp was very good. Phone call it was a little challenging at the beginning, but in the end, it was all good,I highly recommend this place,I would definitely return to this place.

This is not a complaint,but the only thing I could not find in the apartment was a broom and a dustpan .

Modern and well equipped apartment right in front of the beach

The apartment is really nice, modern and very spacious. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well equipped too. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. We made several request during our stay and the response was always fast. It is conveniently located right in front of the beach, with a nice swimming pool, including a small one for kids.

There were a few things that didn't seem to work properly, but were quickly addressed. On the first day, the AC was not working and the sink seem to be clogged. As mentioned before, we asked for help and the host quickly took care of things. If you are coming with kids, the terrace is not the safest. It has a fence made of glass. The sliding doors from both rooms located next to the balcony can't really fully close (very easily opened by kids).

Excellent stay, I would highly recommend.

The location and view was exceptional, the staff at the gate were friendly and helpful, and the apartment and grounds were very clean.

We did have a couple issues with a shower drain not working and a bed breaking but these items were fixed very quickly so I have no complaints. I think it would have been nice if there had been some coffee, salt/pepper/seasonings, and paper plates but we made it to the store to buy those things.
