Good sized flat
I don't think it should be advertised as an apartment as it the ground floor of a house type building.
The bunk bed wasn't the most comfortable, it moved/creaked everytime we moved. Everything in the apartment was dusty, lamps, ornaments, sideboards, skirting boards, corners of the room etc- it requires a thorough clean.
The bathroom does need updating, it is extremely tired looking and the grout/sealant was dirty.
NB: there is a £200 damages deposit required which I didn't realise, there were no issues in retrieving it but worth noting.

Great apartment that was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with food for breakfast. Very quiet location not too far from the city centre. Had everything we needed.
The only thing was the bunk beds were a little rickety but apart from that everything was great.

Very good apartment and well equipped. Food for breakfast was a superb bonus. Excellent bus service.
Picture advertising apartment completely misleading (almost false advertising). It was no where the canal. An information pack would be useful ie buses, tesco express, local pubs, how induction hob works. All that said we really enjoyed and loved the sun trap garden.

It was very clean, it had what it stated on the description. Good facilities. Very homely and cosy. Loved the deco of the property.
Location wise it seemed like it was around an industrial estate and but it was very close to the town which was an good advantage.

The host was great at communicating and in the lead up and after the stay was fab from start to finish. The amenities in the accommodation was just great. I don't think there was anything there we didn't have. The host left some complimentary food items in the fridge and bakery items like croissants and brioche for breakfast. There was juice, Yoghurts and even Salami and Cheese in the fridge. Just exceptionally surpassed what I expected
There is nothing to dislike about this accommodation. The location isn't near the city but that is why we selected it as we wanted a quieter base.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a perfect location to the City centre, beds extremely comfortable, exceptionaly clean apartment, and the food and drinks which are provided are far more than expected and adds to this lovely apartment. Loved the coffee machine too. The owners were very polite and helpful and responded to all correspondences really quick, nothing was too much trouble.

Hosts were very good. Left food for arrival, main bedroom bed very comfortable, nicely decorated and comfortable lounge area,
Bunk beds were a shock, as from pictures thought they were 2 singles. Parking difficult as neighbours very rude and objected to us parking in the street.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with lots of thoughtful touches. Bed comfortable and kitchen very well set up. Would recommend!
The only very minor issue is the shower is not very high pressure and hot water takes a while to come through. But not really a problem at all and is far outweighed by all of the plusses.

how clean and modern it was. With a fridge and cupboard full of snacks/milk/cereal/teas and coffees.
felt from home to home. We all felt it was a nicer experience that a hotel.
The area was perfect for us because of a family function very close. But wouldn’t be our choice for a scenic type of break.

The food in the fridge and the kitchen was unexpected. It's a kind of "Breakfast included" much appreciated.

Having stayed in many properties this may be one of the best equipped ever. A well stocked fridge on arrival is such a nice touch. The hosts were so accommodating as we were going to a family funeral so they organised an early check in. It is beautifully decorated with all that you may need.
The shower is fine once you realise that when you turn it to hot you have to nudge it once more. Unfortunately my brother didn’t realise and had a Luke warm one. On the plus there are to lorries provided.

The property was clean and wholesome. We had planned to do a little shop but the property had literally everything you could need (and more).
The owners were lovely and kind, and very flexible in regards to checking in and out. They had a fully stocked fridge and cupboards so we could all have tea and a tasty breakfast in the morning!

Location was excellent - quiet street with outside parking, about 25 minutes walk to the Alexander stadium.
The apartment was well equipped and had good wifi and virgin tv.
A lovely welcome with a fridge full of food & drink, above and beyond what we expected, but much appreciated.
Would definitely recommend.
