Blue Anchor Property Management presents, the beautifully decorated and welcoming, "Shore Bet" is ready for guests! Relax on the back deck, sip your morning coffee and enjoy a beautiful Topsail sunrise over the ocean. Take a walk down to the sandy shore on the private walkway. Rinse off in the outside shower and sunbathe on the large oceanside decks. Spend your evenings relaxing and dining on the decks while enjoying the sea breeze or get cozy on the couch overlooking the ocean while reading a good book. Whatever your heart desires, you can find it right here in this home! Location, Location, Location! This home is located right in the heart of Surf City. Whether you plan to hit the beach, spend the day on the Intracoastal exploring the waters, shopping at local boutiques, or dining at the local restaurants, this home is just a short walk from it all! This house can accommodate a total of 19 people (linens for 12, call office to rent additional linens if needed.) This three story home features an elevator for easy move-in and out. On the top floor you will find a large living space, dining area and kitchen with deck access, two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom, and a separate half bath in the hall. The middle floor features a large primary suite with extra large windows overlooking the ocean. The primary bath has both a tub and walk-in shower. You will find two more bedrooms with a full adjoining bathroom in the front of the house. The bottom floor of the home offers extra storage for beach gear, a garage, and beach access. 3-4 vehicles max, park under carport or on gravel. Do not park on the grass or on the street. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Top Floor Adjoining Rooms - Room 1: 2 twin sized bunks (4 twins) and 1 twin sleeper chair Room 2: 1 Queen Bed Middle Floor Primary Bedroom- 1 King bed and 1 Twin sleeper chair Middle Floor Adjoining Rooms - Room 1: 1 King bed Room 2: 1 King bed and 1 twin sleeper chair Living Room- 2 Queen sized pull-out sleeper sofas This home is professionally managed by Blue Anchor Property Management. This is a pet-friendly home and there is a $250 pet fee per each dog. Linens Included: Premium Linen Package includes 12 sets of towels, 4 bath mats, 3 sets of kitchen towels/cloths. Sheets and quilts for 3 K, 1Q and 4T. All quilts are professionally laundered each week! Linens for the sleeper sofas are not included. Please contact office to arrange additional linen rentals. We use a third party app to run a verification process before reservations are confirmed. No house parties allowed. Events may be allowed with prior approval, Event Addenda, and Event fees paid within 48 hours of the booking for the reservation to be confirmed. Dogs are allowed at this property. Up to three dogs, up to 50 lbs each, if the booking channel only collects for one dog, an additional pet fee is due to Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours of the booking in order for the reservation to be confirmed. Our family had such a memorable week. From the pre-booking questions to our final vacation day, all of our contacts from Blue Anchor Property Management were quick to respond, attentive, and very helpful. The property was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with all we would need for a fun, relaxing, and stress-free vacation on the beach. The home elevator was certainly a bonus as we have a paralyzed dog that gets around on wheels. We made so many wonderful memories and hope to be able to return to make some more in this beautiful house. We would highly recommend this property.

Great rental property for our family's summer vacation. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking meals, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach items for kids and adults. We especially enjoyed the large windows in the dining area to view the beach and the July 4th fireworks!

Property was really great. Well equipped kitchen amenities, beach gear, and other appointments, clean and a fantastic location on the beach. For people who struggle with stairs or if you have a lot of stuff to bring up, there is an elevator. The management company was superb- responsive, fair and kind. We’ve rented many homes over the years and Blue Anchor is by far the best management group to date. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of space and good outdoor spaces including a small fenced enclosure for dogs to do their business. Loved hearing the ocean waves- tranquil bliss.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Shore Bet. Beautiful home, amazing views, convenient access to the beach, and top-notch support and service the whole time we were there. Blue Anchor was terrific, and any time we had even the slightest problem we had help arrive immediately. We can't say enough good things about this company and this property. It was a smash hit!

Our family had a wonderful time on our beach vacation. The house was everything we wanted in a beach house. There was plenty of seating, the beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we could think of needing, decor was very pretty, I could go on and on. The house location could not of been more perfect, besides the amazing beach views, it was a short walk to the majority of the stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and no issues, we did ask for an additional set of bathroom towels and they were quick and friendly in getting it to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home!

This place was amazing! Location was awesome as it was close to restaurants, the pier and great place on the beach. The house was very dog friendly, they had a place for the dogs to potty while using the deck to walk around and not get out. The house was very clean, well decorated, loved that it had a washer and dryer, kids bunk room had toys and games as well. We did have an issue with the keyless entry, property manager had a solution within an hour and gave us a giftcard for the inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect. Half a mile walk to the pier. House was beautiful and well stocked. Grandparents, kids and grandkids all loved it and hope to get it again next year!
