Amazing place, slept like a king!

Well equipped room and very clean.

Booked this stay for my parents. Have been told that the place is in a quiet location not far from city centre. Nice, clean and immaculate room. Really comfortabble large rounded bed, great staff and alocated parking for 1 car as well. What can I say, as far as I'we been told this place is a 10 out of 10. Higly recommended. Also Roberto, the Italian owner was really helpful. I am thankfull for my parents's lovely stay at The Castle Suites & Apartment's. Thank you! 👍🙏

Gave us dirty cups. Advertised as apartments but is really a hostel. Location is very far from central Krakow. Too many rules it was uncomfortable. Price to value ratio very low. Bathroom door couldn’t close properly. Room door wouldn’t close properly.

The hotel is beautiful, and very fairy-like. The staff was very friendly and offered a discount for our next stay because of loud neighbours..

The shower was very small. There's a lot of open space in the hotel which makes it noisy. We unfortunately had a loud arguing couple in the room above us, so it was not a great night.

Wide double bed, separate shower, quiet location.

Very little space. Few electrical outlets - to use the microwave oven, you need to disconnect the refrigerator and move the microwave oven closer to the rosette, etc. Blurred lighting and a breath of unpleasant smell. In the yard on the way from the car to the room, the road is full of dog poop. Only suitable for one night.

The facilities are new. There are many small touches that make it comfortable, such as glasses and teacups with spoons, coffee with sugar and cream, blow dryer, refrigerator, electric tea kettle, and television. The round bed was very soft and comfortable. There was a secure front door with a key fob for entry and a gated parking on site. There is a food store within 1 block and another larger store a 20-minute walk away. The neighborhood is nice to walk in. The staff were present at check in and check out. Cleaning of the building was ongoing throughout my stay. I was given a first floor room which was great for me.

Clean and tidy. Friendly welcoming staff who were very helpful. Lovely rooms that were comfy and spacious. I would be delighted to stay here again.
