It’s old woolly charm and decor close to the heart of town 
It was a bit tight for space

Very cute and comfortable. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and I know it is silly but just having gladwrap in the drawer was amazing.
We couldn’t find a toaster. Bit disappointed about that seeing it is all set up to cook but no toaster.

very comfortable and quite spacious. underfloor heating in bathroom and spa bath were very welcome
Although in a lovely town, there were a lot of very heavy trucks passing right outside the door, which although could not be helped, was unfortunate.

Toast in the unit for breakfast
We went in. Monday afternoon and Millthorpe is essentially shut. We will know this for next time.

Really appreciated the gourmet food parcel on arrival
I requested to check in 1 hour early- I was informed this would cost me an extra fee- from memory $60??

We loved that we could do contactless checkin, we arrived to a bottle of wine and cheese board, the ability to relax in a spa with candles and to enjoy the interesting quirks of this guest house history as a pharmacy.
We felt relaxed the minute we walked in, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Thank you!

Layout and accessories met our continental breakfast requirements, and the porch seating was super in late afternoon.
Either the front or rear entry doors requires a screen door as they are the only source of fresh air.

Loved the interior decorating. Comfy bed. Large spa bath.
Millthorpe has become very popluar - great for the region, however the heavy traffic noise - lots of trucks passing this property early in the morning & late into the night interrupted holiday sleep.
