About this house rental
Amazing spacious home made for vacationing the right way! Completely remodeled with private pool and built-in outdoor kitchen with bar seating + wet bar , mini-fridge, gas BBQ and large umbrella. This 4BD, 3BA private home has a detached Casita which flows out to the outdoor fire pit patio. Large open island-style kitchen opens to outdoor lounge. The backyard is a private oasis that includes a large kid-friendly pool with attached spa, outdoor lounge beds and chairs, pool toys/games and floats. Optional Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $75/day. This is recommended October through May. There is designated space with turf for activities/games including cornhole, table tennis and ladder toss. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large grassy open space across the street. This home is minutes away from the Empire Polo Grounds, Coachella and Stage Coach Music Festivals, world class golf & tennis, and luxurious world class shopping and dining. For the outdoor enthusiasts, the Bear Creek Oasis Trail is just 10 minutes away. Please note that pool and gardening may arrive during your stay. Be advised they will enter yard on their own without notice, but most of the time they are in and out without anyone noticing. 😀

The house and property were precisely as described. In fact, even more lovely and comfortable than expected. We had lost track that there was a 4th bedroom which came in handy with the 3 year old and a newborn.
Loved the place, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent layout for a large family with teenagers. Great house to entertain your family and gather. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable—a great location for us. I would definitely come again.

Our stay at this rental home was a perfect vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were immediately captivated by the beauty and charm of this rental. One of the highlights was the backyard, the location and size of the pool and spa were perfect. The inside was beautifully decorated and packed with many games and activities to keep everyone entertained! The kitchen was well equipped.This stunning rental home fulfilled all our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.

This stay is family friendly. It has everything you need. There is a manual that will help understand you understand the house. Space is huge and beautiful.

Our stay at this unit was amazing. It was very comfy with tasteful interior design! We didn’t get the chance to BBQ, but their built-in design was very nice. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We opted to have the pool heated and it was perfect!
All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the casita was a nice touch for those looking for a little more privacy.
Overall I would say here again. Roxanne communicated promptly and effectively. I’m looking forward to our next trip!

Best vacation ever! Our family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed at this vrbo. Amazingly property, so well supplied and stocked from all your kitchen needs to extra blankets, pillows, towels, pool and yard toys. The owner was so easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back!

Our stay couldn't have been better. Our party consisted of three couples and three grandsons. There was room for everyone. The house was spotless on arrival. It is situated in a nice family oriented development opposite Rancho La Quinta. Easy access to shopping and major thoroughfares. The kitchen was well provisioned with newer appliance and fixtures. Enough dishes and silverware for a very large group. Master suite was extensive but the other bedrooms are good size and all but one has a connected bathroom. The yard was lovely with games for the kids . The pool area was very private. The pool heater worked great and our grandson spent hours in the pool. Finally our hosts couldn't have been more responsive. They even put together a small artificial Christmas tree I sent for the holidays.

This property is awesome! Very well set up and equipped. The property manager is really friendly and communicates well. The check in and the entire stay was outstanding and painless Would highly recommend and we’ll be coming back for sure!

Went for a sisters weekend. The house was pristine. Kitchen well stocked, pool heated as requested, directions clear and easy to follow for the jacuzzi, everything clean and comfortable. Located near to everything we needed. Will definitely go back the next time we need some more girl talk. Thanks for making the weekend great!
