Such a beautiful property, the backyard is full of life and we saw so many geckos! The inside of the property was amazing, it had a nice warm feel and the lighting was beautiful!! The mattress was comfortable and they left snacks and waters for us. They are very kind people and were very understanding when we had to leave a day early. This is definitely an amazing place to stay.

The property owners and property manager were very attentive and nice. Any time we crossed paths with them they checked on us to see how we were doing, but we were not overwhelmed by them. The space was very clean and cozy and I was able to work remotely from the included desk/work area during our stay. Close to local community center, shopping, and easy access to I-4. We especially liked the self-check-in capability as we were out late several nights and didn't feel as if we were intruding on the homeowners by coming back.

The property was everything it said it would be. Little did I realize how spoiled I am to a tall toilet. Not use to the deep knee bend for toileting. Black towels say what? Bed, pillows, location all great.

Suite is just as shown in photos. Owners have taken care to include many small items people might need such as shampoo, utensils, coffee/tea packets. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. Note to aviators:. This place is perfect for Sun 'N Fun stays!

The property was great. My only issue was the outside porch light on all night. The light automatically comes on and went off about 6:00 AM. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful accommodations, Photos do not do it justice. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, large walk in closet with work desk and great WiFi/Internet. Would love to stay here on our next trip to Lakeland.

Clean and comfortable! Had a difficult time gaining access to rental due to no iinstructions,had to call VRBO and then got in!

Overall, a great place for a single person or couple. Close to everything in Lakeland and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. Yana was prompt at replying to us. The bed was very comfortable! It is a perfect suite for two. It is located at the back of the house with much privacy. We sat in the back in the mornings drinking our coffee and taking in the wooded area and stream. The super Walmart and dining was only about 5 blocks away. The room has a fridge, microwave and toaster oven. When we got there the batteries on the remote went out and Yana’s brother was there within 5 minutes to replace them, he even asked if we would like a glass of wine. My mom lives in Lakeland, so we will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

The suite was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and the owners tried to think of everything you could need! We never even saw the owners, but would have liked to thank them for respecting our privacy and let them know how much we enjoyed our stay! The suite has a wall of mirror which makes the room seem much bigger in the photo, but that was the only disappointment. We were VERY happy!

We stayed for 10 days and were able to extend an additional day with no problem. The suite was just as advertised and suited our needs. The owner addressed any problems right away. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Quiet, clean room attached to the back of the owners house. It easy to find , close to shopping and restaurants and in a quiet safe neighborhood.

This is the perfect spot for a long (or short) stay in Lakeland. The suite itself is in a quiet, lush location and is beautifully decorated. It is located very conveniently near shopping, restaurants and the ability to get just about anywhere quickly. The stay was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency and fly home. When in the area again, I will definitely be looking to stay here first! My only concerns were with check-in. Entry into the property is via electronic code. On the day that I was supposed to arrive I still had not received the entry code. Multiple calls to VRBO and no one was able to help me due to "computer problems. " Finally, when at the airport waiting for my flight I was able to get through to someone who called the property owner to get things worked out. She was very apologetic and we were able to get everything taken care of. I was a bit freaked out because this was my first experience with VRBO. I was travelling alone and wouldn't be arriving until well after midnight. This brings me to my second and only real concern (not a fluke.) The suite is located on the back side of the home. When I arrived, it was after 0100 and there were no lights on. I was trying to navigate through a gate, down a path around the side and the back to the screened porch with nothing (at first) and then realized I was going to break my neck if I didn't break out my phone light. The next night there were lights on everywhere throughout the landscape. I'm assuming that the lighting was on a timer. Just be prepared to navigate with your light if you arrive after a certain hour. In summary, if you have a choice, stay here, DO IT! You won't regret it. Just use your light if you need it and watch out for that garden hose on the path. It might ruin your stay before it starts!

Property exactly as described. Perfect for the business traveler who needs a place to hang their hat. Hosts were extremely responsive in helping us resolve a situation of our own leaking. Enjoyed our stay!!!

This is a great place for two people. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of shopping and fun close by. Yana is great to work with!

Had a great stay convenient to great food and shopping. Quiet area in a friendly neighborhood. Fair price would stay there again without hesitation. I plan to return in early December.

The only thing I wish is if the power did not shut down within the 10 mile radius of where we were staying at that left us in a hot room with no windows, no fans, and with no sense of air circulation in the room for the last 12 hours of our trip. With no type of Compensation for our 2 night stay.

The neighborhood has a "neighborly" feel to it. I noticed neighbors out working in their yards and chatting with one another. They seemed friendly to one another and to myself. The property is as the photos depict in the listing. This is a nice private suite located on the backside of the home. There is a lovely garden path alongside the house with subtle lighting at night. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and with updates. The property is close to historical sites, gardens, and walking paths. A great stay!

Quiet, clean, and the owners leave you alone. If you are a business traveler this is the place for you.
