An ok Motel, did the job for us for a quick one night sleep and scoot before Disneyland. Only thing we didn't like is that they never gave us a wifi password and the shutters in the room wouldn't stay closed so we had to tape them shut for the night. Would stay here again though for an easy and cheap option.

Many things around, and close to drive to Disneyland.

This place is neat and clean. It's not fancy, but it is a nice, affordable place to spend the night when I am in Orange County to visit family.

It was good the only problem was the curtains did close well had to put something to fully close them

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Very nice room. I will stay here again. The price is reasonable too

In this world you get what you pay for. I saw the 90 bucks a night deal and grabbed it. Where do I begin? Walls are paper thin so bring ear plugs. Neighbors were noisy and arguing literally every night in the early hours of the morning.
The rooms surround the parking area which is convenient until people start their beat up cars and rev the snot out of them at 5am.
Bed was crappy. Shower was worse. Noisy because the motel is right next to the 55 freeway.
Here is the cherry on the top: the motel pool as been drained and no longer in use (looks like for years now) and aside from a small puddle of water in the very bottom, there is a broken plastic garden chair in the middle of the pool. Classic Lampoons Vacation stuff. Sirens every hour. Just bad all round.
Terrible stay, I would never recommend this place unless you are so exhausted you can't drive another mile.

Great spot for visiting Disneyland. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Room hit the mark for sleeping and getting ready.

Guy at the front desk was nice enough and location isn’t super far from Disney/Convention Center but that’s where it all ended. The first floor room was absolutely disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere. Dark stains all over the couch and chairs, the lamb shade, the walls. Toilet runs continuously. No hangers. Rust and mold and stains all over the fridge. An obvious leak above the sink that tried to just be painted over. Lumpy bed that I was just waiting for critters to come crawling out of. I got in kind of late and had to be out early so I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best, but this place does not deserve the good reviews it has and I agree with most of the people on here, they have to be fake… nobody would give this place a good rating.

Love staying at this hotel. The person in the office is really nice and helpful. Rooms are nice big and clean. I recommend rooms 216 or 215 I stayed on those two and they are niceeeee 😍🙌

When I arrived I was met with an extremely abrupt and unfriendly manner to check in - it was late and I felt sketched out by the area. When I got into the room it was really dingy with smudges on all the walls, the blinds facing the street and walkway were broken and had Nivea lotion labels I’m assuming from a past guest trying to hold them closed. The coupe de grace was when I went to the bathroom area to lay my things a fully grown bedbug scurried down the wall and I squished it. This place needs a deep clean and many repairs. I ended up checking out 30 minutes after arrival and moved to a hotel across town. Based off past reviews I didn’t know I was checking into this kind of place, and as a solo traveler was very uncomfortable.

I read a lot of reviews on this place and some were not good. Which of course worried me a little bit, but none of that happened to me. The people were very nice. The room was very clean and i had no issues. Quiet, no one bothered us. Perfect for our two day stay. Thank you Casa Blanca.

The pool shown in the photos was empty of water. The floor tiles in the room were loose/ broken ( I tripped on one). The bathroom mirror was splattered w/ a red substance. The description stated the rooms had spa tubs and waterfall shower heads. The room contained a regular tub, and a wornout regular shower head. Lastly the bathroom only contained one towel ( there were 2 of us). Staff was reluctant to provide us with a second towel. Overall, it was a sub par experience.

Very easy to work with and very accessible for our destination.

Don’t usually review places but all of these photos are deceptive and the 8.2 “very good” rating is shocking. This place is a run down, side of the highway, cheap motel at best. It’s hidden behind a chevron, and there’s a large abandoned structure when you drive into the property. Our blinds in our room were broken so they didn’t stay shut. It looked like multiple previous guests had taped them shut until they broke. The window in the bathroom was wide open when we entered our room. The blankets are so thin, room is very cold and uninviting. Basic cable, not great water pressure, cobwebs in the corners and ceiling. The pool and “spa”? Empty.
Again I have no idea how this place has such a high rating, would not recommend until it gets a major update.

The door looked like it was broken into and never fixed. There was at least an inch gap between the door and the frame, to the point I could see the type of shoes someone was wearing while the door was closed. The shutters did not stay closed and the windows did not have any other blinds to provide privacy. Water pressure was minimal.

Lovely clean hotel. Great price and amenities. The team (Paul) let us check in early which was a godsend.

Room had mixes up upgrades and things in bad need of upgrades. We would have been overall satisfied if the heat worked. Unfortunately the heating unit breaker would flip after a handful of minutes, leaving us freezing overnight. The front desk agent was understanding, and allowed us to cancel the second night but their manager refused to refund us a portion of the first night for the fact that we we cold all night (we asked for 20%). Overall would not recommend after this experience.

It’s a little difficult to get to the property itself, if I had not pulled into the Chevron station on the corner I would have gotten back on the freeway thinking I was headed in the right direction. The hotel itself is just behind the service station. One think I did not like is that there were no blackout curtains and the blinds in the room did not block out the light as we had hoped. The room itself was good, bed comfy, nice hot water in the shower, and a night quiet night overall.

This place needs to be remodeled. The pictures definitely throw you off, not a good place to stay. Next time, I’d rather pay more to stay at a nicer place

When we got back to the room after our evening around 10p there was literally people in the parking out and out side the rooms in lawn chairs drinking out of paper bags and smoking weed. Then a hooker came out of the room next to us and was yelling at some guy in the parking lot. It was like a movie about Compton in the 80’s. We packed up and drove home and contacted Expedia. They called the property manager. He was not willing to help at all. Stay away from this place unless you want a pay by hour type of hotel.

It was a nice hotel room. I have a few complaints, though. I couldn't control the volume of the TV. I wish there was a TV guide so I could find out which channel had the Lakers game. I also wish they had a list of phone numbers on the phone. Other than that, the hotel was a comfortable place. My grade: B+

It’s tucked away while being accessible and near many restaurants.
The room was very clean and tidy with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, ironing board/iron and a microwave.
There were a few issues in need of repair, such as the bathroom ceiling had previous water damage and there were a couple of areas that were in need of repaint. The remote didn’t control or turn on the TV (I used Bing’s Co-Pilot to figure out how to program the remote) and it took several minutes for the water to become hot.
But none of these minor issues would be deal breakers.
I will gladly stay here again and recommend it to individuals on a budget…
…ONE Negative that I read in other reviews became true when I stayed.
There were loud commotions.
On the first night a self admitted drunk lady was yelling very loudly and trying to get into a room for nearly half an hour and on the second night the guests above me were awake ALL night and it sounded like they were moving the furniture around the room (meth?).

Checking in was easy and owner is friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is the only place I will be staying at going forward.

Thank God the sheets were clean, at the end of the day that’s the very least we need. What the furniture was cleaner. Chair had a cigarette burn and darkened with old stains. The bath tub needs bleach and lots of it. Didn’t want to shower without flops. The front office person was nice.

Dishonest manager. I checked into my room and after check-in I asked how to get on the wifi. I was told the wifi was down. I told the desk clerk that I needed wifi for my stay as I had work to do and doing so with my phone data would cost a fortune. I told him I would check in with him regarding the wifi in a bit. I went to the room for about 10 minutes, touched nothing, and came back to the desk to ask about the wifi. He had no update, so I asked how long it had been down, he said it had been 7 hours, so i asked to cancel my reservation and a refund. The manager refused, saying I needed to talk to Expedia for the refund. I did so, but Expedia was told by the manager that I'd been in my room for a couple hours and that I had been informed prior to check-in that the wifi was down. I pleaded with both the desk clerk and the manager to do the right thing and give me a refund, but they refused, continually saying that only Expedia could give my money back (which is true, but they should be refunding Expedia for my reservation in order for them to pass along those funds to me).
Aside from the above issue, the property was fairly run down and was not a place I would have even considered if I had ever seen it in person before booking online. The room did appear to be fairly clean from my quick glance at it upon arriving.
I would not recommend this property under any circumstance.

Stayed there for 2 nights with my mom. It was horrible.Actually, just checked out like almost 2 hours ago. Not happy at all. All they need was your money. They don’t care about the customers.
The room smells bad, the phone in the room was not working. If u need something at the front desk about there’s a problem I had to used my own phone. There’s no WiFi at all for the 2 nights we stayed there and the 1st day I told the front desk already that there’s no WiFi they said that they will fix it the same day but until now nothing happen same with the phone inside the room. The box of tissues in the bathroom was wet and used so I have to go in the front desk and let them know about it and I have asked for a new one. Instead I have to call them from the room I had to go all the way to the front desk coz the phone inside the room was not working. It was a horrible stayed and bad customer service. Not going there again. Never….

Very clean and comfortable. Paul is really nice man but plays by the rules you need to have rules. Those people just don’t understand apply to everyone. Thanks Paul you’ve been great. I hope you enjoyed the cigar boxes.

A bit noisy because it's near the freeway, the place was clean. The only thing I didn't like, it did not have hot water.

Banging on another door at 4am. I think it was police. Shower was plugged up. Unable to use and shower. Heater blew cold air. Freezing all night.
