I booked the hotel and pre-paid the hotel through Hotels.com. My flight arrived in RUH at around 20.00 so I was at the hotel at around 21.15.
When I tried to check-in, they informed me, since I did not check-in until 18.00 they gave my room to someone else and the hotel is now fully booked.
When I asked them to use their WIFI and for support to find another hotel, they called the Security and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. There was no support provided.

This property has a lot of problems. I think it’s an old property water in the bathroom is very difficult to get an average hot and cold water is going to be very hot or very cold. Nothing in the middle.
Every room has only three hangers for the core jackets that you have
First night we didn’t have any so I had to order it second night they didn’t put shampoo. They are very stingy on the towels.

Small room. Not comfortable with the room with high price.

Hotel was unsafe, our room had no locks ! when we asked to move to another room also had no locks, we slept in room feeling unsafe.
