Very Nice Hotel . tho the Housekeeping left my door open and unlocked for serval Hours while i was out .
Also left cleaning rags and dirty used tissue roll i room . Need better HouseKeeping.

Great city hotel. Breakfast was great, fast service. Rolling barn doors for toilet/shower room were a bit odd, but work well.

Well located, nice lobby with casual eating and lounging with a bar. There were more options at the front desk if you needed or forgot anything. Good lighting and atmosphere. We didn't use the outdoor space, but if it were nicer out, big green space to hang out and outdoor patio. Rooms seemed new and clean.

No coffee cups to make coffee. When we asked for some they gave us ones that were tooo tall for the maker. Got free coffee from the bar. Bed too soft.

The hotel was new on the outside, but the room needed repairs and wasn’t very accessible to individuals with needs. It’s not very friendly to older guests. The room had a broken drawer and the bathroom door was broken. They fixed upon request but this should have been taken care before check in.

They couldn’t find my reservation—once I found the confirmation number the less than pleasant person at reception just passed me (the problem) off to the next guy.

We booked a room with two queen beds, paid in advance. When we got to the hotel they told us they didn’t have any queen rooms left and instead put us in a room with a king and a pullout, which we intentionally did not book. The room and hotel were very nice but disappointed that they did not honor our original booking.

Very impressive! The woman that checked us in was fantastic. She spent a lot of time, making sure my family and I had rooms next to each other. Top-notch hotel you can’t go wrong!

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean but the noise from cars and the air conditioner in the room was awful. We were on the second floor. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel!
So well decorated and designed. Everything was new, shiny and clean.
The food was excellent and the room and bed were also super clean and comfortable.
We will most definitely be staying here again!

Loved this hotel! The staff was nice and very helpful. It’s only been open a few months so all the rooms were new and beautiful. We stayed in a corner room with 2 king beds. Lots of room. The housekeeping staff kept it clean and stocked with water bottles. The only drawback was the road noise which is very loud on weekdays with large trucks driving by. The hotel provided us with a box fan which helped a lot. I saw the comments about that before I booked but I forgot to request a higher floor to avoid it. The food was great. We ate at their restaurant which was outstanding but very pricey. Breakfast stopped at 10 so we went to Nudy’s for a fantastic breakfast a few days during our stay. The gym would have been great if the 2 Peleton bikes had been available (manufacturer seat issue). The location was great. Easy access to everywhere we needed to go. All in all a great place to stay!

This is new boutique hotel is just about perfect. We loved the layout, the rooms, the furnishing, the staff, the vibe. We are older (cough, cough) adults but felt the entire hotel met our needs and then some. We'd definitely return next time we're in the area.

I did not like that this property did not offer any food amenities or room service. It seemed a bit odd for a Hilton hotel to not offer free breakfast or room service.
Customer experience has obviously plummeted since Covid. Three years later, and we still can’t get good experiences when paying our hard earned money.
The weirdest thing also happened, when I initially checked in, the lady at the front desk told me it was a $200 incidental deposit. When I checked out, the manager of the hotel slipped up and said $100 deposit. Who knows who’s telling the truth.
In summary, the hotel was very nice and clean. I loved the area and the ambiance of the hotel overall. However, I will not be returning.

The place was awesome but we didn’t get to check out much. My mother passed away suddenly so we had to cut our stay short. I really appreciated the manager there letting us cut our reservation from 3 to 1 days.

Very nice upscale hotel. Cleanliness was my top priority and everything looks brand new and spotless. Mattress was better than my mattress at home and I had no trouble falling asleep. It was pricy to stay here but I will definitely pay for the comfortable bed and clean room again! Note - breakfast is a sit down and order affair so leave extra time for it.

This conveniently located hotel is comfortable and modern. Close to Bryn Mawr college.

This hotel was really a treat. Modern and new without being over the top. The team running it were professional and welcoming and top-notch overall.
We loved it and will return when we visit family next time.
The only thing to improve is making the room a bit more light proof as the blackout blinds don't block the light in the east facing rooms...
