Hotel itself was good. Don't trust to a receptionist.
Not old hotel, washing mashines.
Didn't return my taxes after staying longer than a month. Cleaning had happened only once in a hole month.

Disappointing it looks clean on the site but there was a roach in my sink
The coffee
The room smelled awful very musty. I had to spray my perfume all over the room to stay. The bed looked cheap and there was a cockroach in the kitchen sink alive.

Careless employees, terrible facilities, pay for linens
Not much. They charge you to change linens. Even though it says on the key card envelope you get fresh linens every 2 days. Their washing machines are dirty and not easy to operate, when I asked for quarters the lady didn't speak English even though the day before she spoke perfectly to the man outside. Our tub didn't drain, toilet overflowed in the middle of the night (that's when I found out about the linen charge). Most of the staff was rude and uninterested in providing any customer service. When it was time to check out granted we were about 30 minutes late getting out they were at our door at 11:15 with two men trying to intimidate us. Maybe if we had a good night's rest or didn't have to perform maintenance ourselves, or pay for linens we would've been out in a more timely matter but tired people are slow people.

You can do worse for the price, but don’t expect anything but a bed and a roof.
Good location. Decent rates. Good parking. Clean (to a fault.) Adequate WiFi.
Intense chemical smell. The whole building, room included, was very reminiscent of rehabilitation facilities I’ve worked in. Even though it’s an extended stay with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, they want you to BUY kitchen supplies like cookware, plates, and silverware. That is absurd. If you’re traveling and in an extended stay, that’s the whole point of an extended stay. It is meant to be like a furnished apartment that you rent. What is a traveler meant to do with purchased kitchenware? Also, despite their very clear and allegedly strict noise policy, many of the neighbors do not abide by the rules and the noise from the parking lot and adjacent highway make for some noisy nights.

Passable
I liked that it had a kitchen in it.
I didn't like that they didn't accommodate my request of being on the first floor, even after i showed them an email stating that they could accommodate me for that. I also didn't like that there were 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), but they wouldn't give us a 3rd towle and wash cloth unless they charged us. There was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. When we checked in, the keys didn't work so we had to go back down stairs and have them reprogram the keys. When we checked out no one would come to the front desk to take our keys, they told us to leave them at the window.

worst part of my trip to Tulsa
not a damn thing
no staff at front desk, have to call someone to help you and then wait on them to show up. people staying in hotel that looked to be permanent residents. Mold all in shower. Non-Smoking room with cigarette burn stains all over the place. Bad smell in lobby and room. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
