Please inquire if interested! ★ COMMUNITY PERKS ★ There are 2 outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, soccer field, playground, lake access w/ beach, game & fitness room. Please inquire about community pool passes if interested! ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee due to payment for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
