Enjoy on site amenities such as a pool, tennis court, and playground. Assigned parking is provided complimentary and there are a number of guest parking spots located near the condo unit. On the morning of check-in, you'll receive parking instructions and passcode for self check- in and entry. Pack n' play, high chair, books, toys, and other toddler items available upon request. Other things to note 1. Upon booking, please read through all of the House Rules thoroughly. If a rule is broken the reservation holder and their guests may be subject to penalties, fees, and/or eviction. 2. Guests are expected to act and treat the property as if it were their own home. Being respectful of the property, neighborhood, and neighbors should be considered a top priority.
