We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. - New furniture and appliances - Dedicated work space - Free parking space - Self check-in/out with SmartLock - Super comfortable KING bed - Smart TV - Digital AC's PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES: *The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly. ADDITIONAL GUEST *Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking *Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest) LATE CHECK OUT *Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts. *If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50. PARTIES NOT ALLOWED *Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. *Strictly no drugs allowed. *No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.) ADDITIONAL INFO: - Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home. - We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy. - Cable TV is not available. - You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc. - $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

We were very impressed with this small and comfortable apartment. It was spotlessly clean and provided all appliances and everything we needed. It was quiet even though close to the other units. I especially appreciated the heating system which was easy to control. Parking was simple, right next to the unit. It was very conveniently located for Pasadena, Altadena, and La Canada Flintridge.
