This is a long term rental only (30 days+). Perfect for Snowbirds or traveling professions. It can be shared with 3 people, each having their own sleeping space! This home away from home has beachy, relaxing vibes and is a short .5 mile walk to Main Street where there is always live music and great food. (Don't miss Third Fridays or the Sunday Market!) The fenced in back yard has a covered lanai and a 2 person sauna--perfect after a long week of work. The location couldn't be better, only 15 min. to Tampa Airport, Dunedin or beaches! Easy access to St. Pete. 25%-30% discount on long term.

Our stay was amazing and very peaceful. Owner was very accommodating to our stay and modifications. Location was perfect for our work.

This house was very clean and recently updated throughout. The kitchen's stainless appliances and stacked washer and dryer were all premium models.
This house is close to Safety Harbor, a quant little town within walking distance. Many nice restaurants are nearby. Golf courses and beaches are just short drives. A myriad of bike paths are easily accessible.
Our only complaint is that it takes a while to get hot water to the bathrooms, but once you figure it out, it's not a big deal. Overall, loved the house.
