Ask for more info & fees for pets heavier than 30lbs. - Private Events: You must apply in advance if you wish to use the property for private events, weddings, retreats or marketing purposes. - Smoking: NO smoking inside of the house or El Rancho area, thatch roof is highly flammable. Smoking is allowed in garden area ONLY. - Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided for the bedroom and bathroom areas. For a more personalized experience you can hire Joel and Lily to be at your service from 8am to 7pm. They offer an amazing local cuisine experience; will gladly help you keep common areas clean and assist you while you relax. This would require a minimum tip of USD$20 + meals per day.
