We were 5 adult women, one 5 year old, two 2.5 year olds and an 8 month old baby. We had enough room for all of us, we loved the claw foot tub. It was great for bathing the kids. They also loved the chalk wall and the twin bed upstairs that was like a clubhouse area.

It was very warm and we were not able to open windows because there were no screens. There was also no thermostat to adjust temperature and no instructions for the radiators. They were also several safety issues we noticed with a broken window in the kitchen, no railings on the stairs and broken sidewalk out front.

The worse experience ever Tried to cancel the booking right after we got there because of the bad smell and horrible environment, but we still got charged even if we did not stay there over night. And no refund or reply whatsoever from Booking.com nor the property. Opening a dispute with the credit card because Booking.com and the property did not want to refund it. I'll keep finding this property and leave bad reviews as much as I can. I'm surprised how Booking.com allows such things to be advertised on their website. Booking.com is dead for me from now on. It's a shame to loose a customer for $400
