The house was perfect for a group of friends, private location perfect for evening get together on the wide house terrace. The host has been most helpfull, providing also very good dinner upon request ( really appreciated after a day travel)

It was beautiful, dream come true for us

Quiet place in the woods, large garden, kitchen equipped with all you need. beautiful house and ample options where you can sit. Ideal for a family with kids.

the beds were a bit rough.

The house is gorgeous and even better than the pictures. Irene, Luca and their family took such good care of us. They were kind and helpful and Irene's cooking was amazing!

Hosts helped us find a taxi.

Property is down a verrrrrrry long drive, ~2km. This was not made clear when we booked. No instructions were given as to how to find property (there were a number down the driveway).

Absolutely everything... If I come back to the area of Montaione... it would always be here... Good vibes... Feeling home in between a glimpse of time. Flexible and lovely owner. You directly feel the wish to buy this property

..... There's nothing to complain about

Typically Tuscan. Traditional features, furniture and kitchen. Very secluded, idyllic setting, quiet. A sun trap, but plenty of shade to be found as well.

The (maybe 2km) drive from the main road down the narrow/pot-holed/gravel track could be a bit tense in the dark! But hey: it’s Tuscany!

Breathtaking villa with rooftop and ground level balconies. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pans, pots and a suitable place to light an open fire. Place is perfect for a big family (or two smaller ones). House has many natural air directions with nets on every window. Host is very helpful and generous.

No a/c and no fans (ok for us, but not everyone's cup of tea). Tv was partly working with stations only in German. A bit hard to reach but host was very helpful. WiFi was not working during our stay.
