Nice clean hotel with helpfull staff. Rooms are comfy and clean. Free water and enough space to open luggages. Good deal for the price.

Great location and spacious room. Unbeatable price for the adjoining rooms. Only thing that needs improvement would be the lighting for make-up purposes.

Good location as walkable to adjacent shopping area and there are many convenient stores and restaurants around the hotels in 5-10mins walking distance. Hotel is in very new condition and staffs are very friendly and energetic, room is clean except the room and toilet lights are not bright enough. Breakfast buffet is nice and fair with food variety.

Such a cozy and comfortable hotel. Very well kept and clean as expected.

Reasonable price with a relatively far location from the subway station

The lighting was very bad, and to dock the bed was too big for the size of the room. Difficult to move around and public bus was always too crowded in the women’s difficult to relax, and the kids were running around in the public bath

1) Good location with eateries within walking distance. 2) We were lucky to get come across one staff who was so willingly helped to take taxi booking 2 days ahead as our departure was very early in the morning at 5am. We did a check the night before our departure with another staff and he told us that they CANNOT MAKE booking. We were shocked and told him that his colleague had already pin up the request. Very inconsistence service. 3) One of our rooms (corner unit) layout is not good and if you are staying with friends, there is no privacy in the use of the shower room. There is no space or area for your towels/clothes...etc. You will have to leave everything outside the shower room. 4) Great that this hotel comes with self-service laundry room which is a big PLUS point. 5) Other than point (2) & (3), the rest is fine.

The Receptionist was not so helpful. We arrived early than our check in time, they did not explain to me in detail we need to store luggages by ourselves. They couldn't arrange rooms on the same floor. The lighting in the roomiwas a bit dark. The rubbish bins were too small.

new and clean hotel . onsen very nice, Sub way is near, Department walk 5 mins. around hotel many food shop. BBQ,SabSba, Noodel, rice, Beef, Pork, Chicken many more.

Will Recommend. Will stay again. Good value. Staff helpful but no early check in or late check out request unless pay additional fee. About 8 mins walk to train station. Breakfast good but they should consider to menu rotation. I have 4 days same breakfast menu.
