Guy was a great host from the very first time I contacted him. We had a lot of questions about the suitability of the property for our son who is in a wheelchair. Guy was happy to take measurements and send pictures as needed to help us figure it out. The property worked out great in all ways and is in a really great location. So easy to get everywhere and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.

Great house, location, and amenities. They offer bikes, board games, and even use of their golf cart. It's located close enough to their "downtown" or main street, the beach, and access to so much. Our 16 year old daughter skateboarded to the beach and it took her less than 10 minutes to get there. We'd definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our family reunion! We had six adults and one child. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were super comfy too! Golf cart was perfect to scoot around in for 4 of us. The host had great communication and answered our every question super fast. We will definitely book this house the next time we are in Fernandina Beach.
