The cottage is small but beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the back deck in particular.

The mattresses on the two queen beds were very uncomfortable. Additionally, the listing says that the property is "accessible" but the front walk is very challenging, and does not have a railing. My wife walks with a cane and found it difficult to enter the cottage. Finally, there is no TV - this might have been noted in the listing, but we did not recall and found that odd.

Only thing that went wrong was the electronic lock, we arrived very late on our first day, in the dark and raining, the electronic lock showed signs of not co-operating but we finally got it done, we came back from a long day in Boston later in the week to find the lock had not locked the door that morning. We were given a key that we used until our last day.
