La ubicación súper céntrica cerca a la plaza de armas, la amabilidad de los host y la comodidad del hotel. El desayuno súper completo y te lo sirven antes de los tours lo cual es un plus. Flexibilidad en el check in y nos recomendaron lugares para conocer

Wir hatten Deluxzimmer gebucht. Untergebracht waren wir in einer Kammer in der kaum das Queensizebett Platz hatte. Definitiv ein Billigzimmer ohne Fenster für eine Person und zudem laut das nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun hatte. Bei Bezahlung funktionierte das Kartenlesegerät nicht. Zudem versuchte man uns die Provision von Booking in Rechnung zu strecken. Als das fehlschlug versuchte man 18% VAT in Rechnung zu stellen, die nur Peruaner zu zahlen haben. Alarmiert verlangte ich eine Rechnung, über die Barzahlung. Diese wurde verweigert, der Zimmerpreis angeblich zu niedrig sei für eine Rechnung.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, but be prepared for cold nights. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Good choices for breakfast. The location is closed to Plaza de Armas and Santa Apolonia, but you have to climb a steep stone staircase. There are several good restaurants in the area.

- The room was big, nice and comfortable. - Really comfy bed!! - Veronica and Eduardo were really attentive and friendly. - We got a really good breakfast in the room, adapted to departure time, tours and our preferences. - Very clean!! - Lovely location!

- Room on ground level, single glass on windows, could hear a lot of noise from outside. - Emergency lights above the door give quite a lot of light, even though in stand by. Curtains didn't stop the light, so even at night there was plenty of light in the room. - Electric sockets were loose. - Shower head has a big leak... Water flies all over the place if you open the faucet too much. Big scare by first shower!!
