Evidence of smoking inside may result in forfeiture of security deposit. 1 car per bedroom limit. Do not park on grass. No street parking We love pets. Please clean up after pets, including the yard. If you have a pet, please leave the protective covers on the furniture TVs - The TVs are Roku TVs. Your own username and password will need to be used for the app you would like to use. Pet Fee is a one time fee. We use the honor system to let us know if you have a pet. If you did not pay the fee at time of booking, please let us know so we can properly account for the pet fee. Check Out Instructions Very Important - Please place all TOWELS in the washing machine and start the load of towels. Do NOT wash linens. We take linens offsite for washing. Please start the dishwasher when checking out so the cleaning crew may turn the house for the next guest since we try to accommodate early check in if at all possible. Turn the thermostat to 74 for the summer, 68 for the winter when starting to leave. It might be a few hours or few days before the next guest arrives. No need in wasting energy on an empty house :). If you found something wrong with the house that is a maintenance item, please let us know via the Airbnb messages. The cleaning crew is only in the property for a few hours and as obvious as some things may be, it may not be noticed by the cleaning crew. Please ensure the TV remotes are on the coffee table in LR or on dresser in bedrooms to ensure they can easily be found to avoid potential lost remote fee Dispose of any left over items from the fridge.
