We loved the home, its modern with all the amenities we could have needed for our stay. Large kitchen table for all of us to share dinner, drinks, and games. Exactly, what we needed for a weekend ski trip to Shanty.
Would stay again if visiting the area, quick drive to Shanty Creek and downtown Bellaire.

This home is perfect. Very beautiful inside, the large yard with privacy fence is wonderful. Communication with landlord was very pleasant! So close to everything central lake has to offer. All appliances are nice and newer. We felt very spoiled!!!! 5 out of 5 for everything!!!! We came from Petoskey for a little 40th bday get away for husband. Landlord allowed us to bring our dogs which is very important to us. And to top off a good stay, U of M won!

Great new build with all the amenities (including central air!). Easy walking distance to town and Intermediate Lake, and easy driving distance to all the towns, beaches and sights in the area.

Sherri’s home in Central Lake is a great place for families and small groups. We originally chose it when we only searched for a place that allowed a dog, but we didn’t end up having our pet and still thought it was great for anyone. There are lots of thoughtful touches that make it very comfortable, and it’s an easy base for exploring the area.

A quiet place to stay that is near the busier communities of Bellaire, East Jordan and Torch Lake. We would choose to stay here again.

Brand new and clean home. Couch was a bit uncomfortable to lay on and no bedside lamps. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Smelled brand new walking in.
Love the fenced in backyard for our dogs.
All top of the line appliances .
All the amenities you can meet for getaway in northern Michigan.
Couple of things we didn't care for, beds we did not find that comfortable along with couch and loveseat and window coverings needed in the kitchen area .

The house was clean and had many of the necessities of home. A great home base to explore the whole lakes area. Short trips to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey and many nature parks and centers for swimming, boating, hiking or just enjoying the beauty of nature.
