Only they did not provided the gst bill although they collected the gst amount. Still awaiting for the GST bill.

Location, facilities

The entrance to 2 rooms were bit high about 1.5 feet from ground. Parents were finding it difficult to enter. The home cook provided was horrible. They charged exorbitant rates for lunch alone. The amount spend by us for food for our family in nearby good restaurants did not even come to that amount for entire day. Good restaurants are nearby. I would have expected the host to suggest them when we asked about restaurants/ food options nearby instead of giving some home cook number who doesn't know what he is providing and how much to charge. I would request guests to not opt for home cooking instead explore restaurants nearby.

Nice place to stay and good staff

It was a pleasant stay with family Neat and clean vintage building Staffs were good and comfortable

The place was very clean and hygienical. The toilets were very clean and well maintained. The rooms were large enough when compared with the other hotel rooms. The location was very calm and peaceful. One of the bedrooms was attached with a mezanine floor bedroom ideal for couples to stay with their children without any worries. The kids would definitely love to stay in this mezanine floor bedroom with a beautiful scenery out the windows. I even filmed a video of a flying squirrel jumping up and down the tree branches from the Bungalow. Very ideal place for tourists especially families. Very calm and quiet place to stay in. I stayed with my shih tzu pet dog and she was too excited to stay in this place and was totally playing in and out of the house and the garden. It was such a great relief finally to have identified a place which is pet friendly and secured too.

The location - perfect - not far away from the main town/lake area but hidden in the perfect getaway place amongst a beautiful garden. Maximum 10 mins walk to the town/ lake area so nothing is far away, but u will never think u r living near town as it's a very quiet and pleasant area. The place was spot less clean and beds all made up to 4* standards with all the amenities as per their brochure/ facilities page. The access/availability to the kitchen is perfect as traveling with a toddler, it was perfect to warm/heat things up in the fully equipped kitchen with Gas stoves/fridge etc. In a nutshell, will definitely give a 5* for the place and the facilities, a hidden gem in the hills, will recommend to friends and family. All the bedrooms are super kingsize and super comfy beds...

There was no shower, but the owner/manager did re-assure this is being dealt with and will be there in our next visit - 24 hours hot water was definitely a bonus
