Está muy bien situado para hacer excursiones por la zona, tanto para andar como para esquiar, relativamente cerca hay lugares para comprar y comer, algunos con mucho encanto. Chelsey y Nick fueron muy amables en todo momento. La cabaña es muy acogedora, con zona exterior (si el tiempo lo permite) porche, dos habitaciones, baño y cocina bien amueblada. Tienen mucho encanto, son de madera, en verano tiene piscina y parece ideal para niños y la calefacción funcionaba muy bien.
Todo estuvo bien, nos gustó mucho.

Really good cushions! The shower has the most water pressure i have ever encountered. There is a barbecue and tools provided, which we did not use. Prime location, it’s nearby Franconia Notch and Crawford notch.

Great little cabins ...quiet location not a ton of cabins to rent so keeps it quiet ..

Nothing to report...they are older cabins but well maintained. Not a 4star hotel. But great place for a hiking Basecamp with the foul weather

We enjoyed the cabins and loved that it was quiet and peaceful. The cabin had two beds and a bathroom, as well as a kitchenette. I thought the blankets were cute and we enjoyed our short stay there.
We only stayed two nights, so there wasn't much to find that we didn't like. The place had no restaurant and the food options nearby where scarce, but that isn't the fault of the establishment. After Covid a lot of places were looking for help or had closed permanently. If you drive around you will come across some nice family owned restaurants. Check with them for opening hours/days.

Patio Motor Court's location couldn't be better! You're situated right on top of the White Mountain National Forest and Crawford and Franconia State Parks are 15-20 minutes away depending on which side you decide to travel on. I was pleasantly surprised with how accessible everything was, and once you figure out that Carroll only has one intersection with traffic lights, orienting yourself to come back to the lodge should your GPS service prove problematic is extremely easy.
Besides the location -- the amenities had everything we required and if anything additional was needed, service desk was an easy walk away. The parking also was extremely convenient and the general area very safe.
We went during the second week of October so it was rather chilly at night and the heating system was very quick to warm up the whole room. The room was also very clean and maintained well.
Overall -- 100% recommended for amenities, location and affordability.

Staff was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The individual cabins were so cute and quaint. I would stay again.

The hosts were amazing and welcoming. very helpful. I loved that every cabin had its own patio and bbq section .

Location was perfect for our quick get away. The owners were more then welcoming to there establishment. For myself I was in absolute heaven with the cabin we stayed in. It reminded me of being in hunting camp (one of my favorite places) my wife and daughter had zero complaints. We all slept like we were home in our own beds. The price for 2 nights was cheaper then most places charge for 1 night. I surely hope the owners come check our Verona Island like I was told. Best of luck to them in the future as well.
