The only pros I can come up with about this hotel is the staff. They were friendly and tried to fix the issues i had raised. Unfortunately, that is the only thing positive about this hotel.

Location: It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it and you need a vehicle to get around. Don't get fooled by looking at Google Maps and assuming it to be close to the airport road. The hotel is built on a thin strip of land with the majority of the rooms having bad views, and only the presidential suite has views of the small lake. Food: The food quality was terrible even after I tried it multiple times. Most of the food at the buffet was cold, and I had to ask the staff to reheat it. They couldn't even muster up a decent coffee. The restaurant staff needs to be better trained but try to help and keep the customer happy. Rooms: Some rooms' windows face another building right next to this hotel. There seem to be no building regulations in this area as there was hardly any gap between the buildings. The room sizes are decent enough and well maintained, but the housekeeping staff overdo spraying the room fresheners, and there is a powerful smell when you first enter the room. That smell never goes and gets into all your clothes too (and it is baaad). There is zero ventilation as the rooms are airtight and only have air conditioning. My Experience: The first thing that hits you when you get down at the hotel is the smell of sewage as there is an open sewer right next to the hotel. The first room they allocated me was the one with a view of the wall of the adjoining building. After I complained, they showed me other rooms happily, but every one was disappointed as it was either facing a slum area or an open field which was used as an open toilet by the slum people. I got a better room only when I paid extra, however the staff failed to inform me that the extra charges were for each day and not a one time fee. I got a rude shock when the final bill was calculated but I didn’t argue and left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a strong smell of the airfreshners on all my clothes (which doesn’t seem to go away even after washing)

Clean & spacious room. Yummy breakfast & dinner. Helpful & polite staff etc made our stay memorable. Thank you.

The flush sound too loud ! Liquid shower gel should also be provided.

The a/c in the room was not cooling even on the lowest temperature setting .

There was a massive air conditioning failure to one part of the hotel. We had booked two rooms. One room where my children were sleeping did not have air conditioning the whole night. The staff could have moved them to another room. Instead they provided them with a portable fan! Our children were too tired to argue and they did not want to disturb us. The next morning the staff did not initiate any apology and only when I brought it up, they said sorry. When I asked for compensation, they offered 50% off credit note on the room stay of one night which I accepted. I have not received any credit note.
