Staff is good

Location is not good. Online price in booking.com is INR 752 per night but the staff asked for INR 1200 per night.

I have booked but they didn't gave me the room fhey told me technical issue that's y rate r lower while booking from online they told me rates would be 1050

While I was booking in booking.com it was showing some amount and the hotel person asked to pay 3 times more than the amount. Not worthy. Suggest not to book.

The property's Incharge denied to provide room booked through booking.com, while complained through customer support, the person on the other end from property spoke like threatening both me and customer support person. Ever in life I had such a bitter experience like on, from that momentI stopped using booking.com. Better i booked through Goibibo and got comfortable stay for the last 3 days.

Staff are all corrupt. Even though i had booked the room. They did not allot me the room for the amount that i had booked. They demanded double the amount. And told me that they are not attached to booking.com and that they cannot give room for the amount mentioned in the booking.com website. After going there, with no other options i ended up giving extra money.

They increased the price four times large when I reached there at night , they are not botherd about booking price , very bad experience . I left there and found another room
