Good location, very well maintained and a quaint small backyard. The outside was slightly off putting of the nearby homes however it was a decent neighborhood with easy access to our favorite places. Our family enjoyed it!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a close drive to shopping and restaurants. It was very convenient, clean and comfortable. The owners are responsive and very kind. We also had an opportunity to see the SpaceX launch in the early morning of our last day from the master bedroom balcony. It was such a great experience. We highly recommend this property.

The location of property is perfect. Nice and quiet area. Short walk to the beach. Property was well appointed. Being able to use beach items in the garage was very helpful. Towels and linens were very luxurious. Property is very nicely decorated and comfortable. However, the kitchen has a terrible ant problem (I believe sugar ants). We had to keep food in the microwave, closet that beach towels were in and tubs to avoid ants getting in it. Anything left on the counter or kitchen table was ruined. We set out ant traps but they did not work. I had texted property owner about it during our stay but never received a response. The other issue is description says 4 twin beds in 1 room. We booked this property because the we needed the number of beds the description said it had. And while technically the description is accurate - 2 of those are virtually unusable. You have to lift the entire wood bed frame up and move it to get to the twin mattress under it. And there isn’t room in that bedroom for all 4 beds so you would have to move mattresses somewhere else. Nothing in the property description says this. We did not even find the mattresses under the 2 wood twin frames until our last night there. We had 1 teen sleeping on the floor because we thought there wasn’t enough beds. If you only have 8 or less people the property is great.

It was well stocked! Very spacious. Decorated beautifully! Nice walk to the beach. Very clean!

Great townhome located close to Kennedy Space Center! Home is immaculate and well appointed! Appreciated toiletries in bathrooms! Everything you need for a great stay and visit to the area. Highly recommend!

This home was very very nice. It was clean, decorated nicely enough supplies in the home to make sure you have what you need. Home away from home. It is just walking distance to the beach, and food restaurants (if you want to walk 10-15 minutes walk to one of the restaurants we went to Southern Charm Cafe). We all talked about using this location again for our next cruise. I will rent again.
