Serene environment; friendly & courteous receptionist; very neat hotel; good location

Breakfast should have start earlier than the 7:00 am to take care of early departing guests; Erect a signboard to help direct guests.

The bathroom of the room i used had faults, no closure in a way that when you bath the water come out of the bath. At a point water was all over the bathroom. They need to be maintaining the property to retain the ambience. For the amount being charged, I feel they should have smart TV’s so that guest are not limited to Africa Magic.

I had book for a room the day before I was to arrive and even received a confirmation day the afternoon I was meant to check in. Upon arrival to the hotel in the late evening after serious Lagos traffic , I had to wait several minutes to be attended to and for the receptionist to show up. I was firstly told they don’t have any rooms available. After insisting and showing email proof of booking, I was then told me the only room they had available to give me was one where the door couldn’t close properly or lock which of course I turned down. The staff members didn’t show any remorse neither did they apologise…terrible!

I received a call the morning of the day I was to check-in stating that their hotel was overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. The staff who called did not tender any apology and could care less about how I would sort out my accommodation since the hotel disregarded my booking.
