Everything was excellent

Walls were very thin, so it was east to hear others moving around. Sorry but long pillow was so hard it gave me crick in neck and headache daily. Was there 6 nights.

This property is in the very heart of the old town. It is in a traditional setting but the room has a light, airy, contemporary quality. With superb design the layout has been planned for convenience.

Was unable to cast/air drop to the TV.

Superb location in the old town next to the main square, clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Great to have a coffee machine.

Location great, beds like heaven. Room well decorated, lovely restored old building right on the square. Wheelchair/elevator access. Easy auto check in. Great price.

Bad shower design, bathroom flooded every time we used it, even for a short period. A little noisy at night because of the bars close by. Slept with earplugs. Check in only possible if you have internet access...not every tourist does.

Very central location in the old town. was able to store my bag at their other Pension after check out as had a flight much later that day.

Location was perfect. Pintxo bars and the local metro station were only minutes away. The room was clean spacious and safe.

There was noise from the bars and people in the streets at weekends to be expected. We had trouble finding the actual apartment so went to the office first which was easier to locate.

Great location in the old part of town - right behind a bustling square, but quiet enough that you didn't hear the noise at night. Accommodation was basic but adequate.

Assume the people upstairs lived there - they were pretty noisy at night, which was annoying.

Amazing location in old Bilbao. I had the small room for one, tucked inside, no outside window, which, during the big week-long city party in August was actually great, very quiet.

Central location but a but too noisy

Excellent location on the edge of the old town within walking distance of all the main sites. Great room, well set out with a super bathroom, air conditioning and cool lighting.

The hosts did warn us before we arrived that during the festival of Bilbao in August there would be lots of street noise all night. They were not joking. If you come for the festival either stay up all night and party like it's 1999 with the locals or bring some serious earplugs. This is not a criticism of Lo Bilbao. If your come to the city during the August festival, you need to be prepared to go with the experience. This is a serious party! We had a great time. And yes, we did have serious earplugs too.

Location next to Plaza Nueva is excellent. I had the small room in the middle, no outside window, and during the Semana Grande festivities, it was very quiet.

The AC seemed to turn off when there was no activity in the room, ie, when I fell asleep, it would get a bit stuffy.

Nothwithstanding that the location is probably one of the busiest places to be in Bilbao, the room was very quiet at night.

The location; it overlooks the Placa Nueja, just moments from a good selection of bars and restaurants.

The room was quite small, but good enough if you're only staying for a couple of nights.

The room was small but beautiful. Book a balcony room. It looks out onto the beautiful basque streets. So gorgeous for a morning coffee on the tiny balcony. There’s a coffee machine in the room also. It’s topped up each day with pods and there’s also nearby coffee spots and food. The staff were lovely, Patty was so helpful and helped us get to our room early after a very exhausting trip during the night to get there.

It wasn’t a huge issue but it would’ve been helpful to have a fridge in the room and the air con times out after a while and needs manually switched back on, so the room can get hot during the night.

Great location in the centre of the old town 2 mins from metro station.
