had everything you need, outdoor pool for nice days, indoor one an hot tub for not so nice days. room quality was good great location

messed up our reservation initially (gave us single bed room instead 2 beds room. Air con in our temporary room wasn’t great but our replacement room one worked perfect expensive breakfast and drinks

We never had towels available either in the room or at the pool. When we asked for them each time we had to wait until 6pm for them to be washed... having only one towel for 2 is not very comfortable...

surrounded by building sites and windows had little sound insulation. pool bar man wearing hat extremely rude almost every day including making one guest cry! pool towels rarely available until pm.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of food for breakfast in the morning.

Lots of little things that detracted from the overall quality of the stay. The main problem was the wifi. 75% of our stay there was no Internet connection with either the guest or public wifi. The tap in my room was on top of the sink unit when I arrived in my room. I managed to get it on and working after about 30 minutes of fiddling with it. The shaving mirror came off in my hand, which could have resulted in an injury and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Either housekeeping aren't reporting such details or the hotel can't be bothered to fix them.
