Thank you for ruin my plans.

Like what I said before

Poor service The person who frowns at me (hospitality manager or what) I normally say okay even if someone makes a small mistake and apologise about what he has done but this hotel has a different level of customer service.

I am not gonna recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

Most of the staff are welcoming and friendly all the time except for the hospitality supervisor.

Poor communication skills and the hospitality supervisor frowned his face once he found out that I could not speak Indonesian. I had a problem with the laundry service and that made me miss my train. They know that I can not speak Indonesian but still send a person who can not speak English. I told to staff that I wanted to speak with the manager but was not show up.

Mmmm...

Historical location. Nice architecture. Conveniently located near city centre.

Several rooms prone to street noise or to noise from dinner buffet in main dining area. Pool area between kitchen and parking and pporly illuminated. Cancellation of second night was accepted but we were charged for two nights all the same.

Not Worth the money

The Lobby and location was good

The Staff, The Service, The Breakfast, Room, Cleanliness, Water Heater, Water Pressure everything useless and not worth the money and the worst is they charge for each and every single thing. Breakfast is worst then street food.

The buffet breakfast is what makes me book - and also because near Braga street

actually I stayed two times in one week - one in economic - and the other in executive. And I must say that the executive you get a room double size - better design and bathroom and a large terrasse. The economy room has often no view outside window. But the buffet breakfast is same for both rooms. So if you can pay that little extra book the bigger room

the economy room has a wall just in front of window. The bathroom is really outdated with old bathtub - and no shower

nice old hotel - good wibes and my favorite breakfast buffet

this time we booked the executive room - big in size - and better bathroom than the economic room. There was terrasse out to the busy street., so the traffic noise could be heard through the glass doors and windows. The buffet breakfast and the near to Braga street is my reason to stay here

All, except the staff at the front door.

My daughter and I brought one suitcase, one bag, two laptop bags, and a hand bag when left the hotel. The staff at the front door didn’t help us to bring and put our luggage into the car :(

Meh, overpriced. Once a great hotel, no longer is.

Historical place in Bandung, helpful staff, nice location in the city center

The place is in dire need of a renovation. It is old, things are broken, the sink kept leaking, there was black mold, it was just a remnant of a hotel that once was great and no longer is. It was both sad and disappointing. The pool was not even available.

strategic location in the center of Bandung…check in and check out are fast…I stayed in the room with a good view and spacious…also city tour bus available in the morning…breakfast also taste good and local coffee available…I would stay again in this hotel with my family…
