Lovely and quiet Place to stay.
The terace is beautiful and if you don't want to go out,you can just sit there all day and enjoy Life or even Take a swim.
Stavros and his son we're very helpful and lovely All the time, we just felt like Home.

Great location and a beautiful cooling breeze of an evening. Pleasant garden suitable for socialising and eating as well.
The room is in need of an update which the owner spoke about anyway.

Stavros was brilliant, super helpful, great to talk to and truly looks after his guests. The room was very clean, with a small kitchenette and fridge, perfect. We had a lovely view of the harbour and sea. The garden is lovely. Its an easy walk to the shops. We loved it and will be back!

The property is completely as you see in the pictures but better because the backdrop is amazing. I stayed in room 8 which had an amazing view, sunrise and beautiful moonlit sky - for sunset you are 15 minutes from Myrtos beach.
Stavros is a lovely man who you can depend on should you need his assistance.
A lovely stay in a lovely and very connected part of the island, so easy to get to all sights of interest.

The location was perfect , Agia Effimia is a lovely resort.
The views from the balcony were outstanding. We watched the sun rise from our balcony each morning which was incredible.
We had a studio apartment and it was basic, but it was adequate and kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay.
Stavros our host was very welcoming.
On initial arrival the property can seem quite dated, but when you see beyond this, you realise how beautiful it is there.

I had a great experience at Ballas. The location was excellent. The room in the first floor was spacious and clean. The room face the sea and the view was awesome. There was also a garden. Stavros, was incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended! ✌️

Very comfortable room, by the sea, and a nice garden in front of the house, with parking available. The host was very polite and hospitable. The room was very clean and we were asked every day if we wanted to change towels or sheets. Everything was as promised if not even better! WiFi was very strong, 50Mbps 10/10 excellent!
The building is a bit old and the rooms are not very soundproof. So if the neighbours are talking loudly you might hear them, but not anything too annoying.

Location was very central and made it easy to get to multiple destinations around the island.
Wonderful seafood and beaches nearby
Super friendly host who was on site and readily available (and his dog which will shower you with kisses)
The bathroom & kitchen need a bit of a woman's touch :)

Beautiful location restaurants and beautiful bay only 5 minutes walk Away. Good area to stay aswell if you are planing to explore the island by car. Free parking. Good value
Owner is talking so so much even when we wanted to go outside or just go to sleep for ages and exagerates on every little thing but still tried to help I guess just was too much (and I'm a chatty person so if I say talking too much I really mean too much 😅) . Place difficult to find we had to call as the location indicated on Google map is incorrect but not fixed yet by the appartments owner. Old bathroom
We had a leak in our room but that wasn't fixed even if he said he did it was still there and because of it the bathroom smelled all the time
