The property is good and clean, it’s made and designed very nicely. The staff is good and everyone is cooperative.

Nothing as such, I just hope they have more food items on the menu. But the chef was still accommodating and told me you can order whatever you like and I would make it for you, felt like a very homely vibe.

Ambiance Karachi good choice but stay away from Ambiance Lahore

I loved the Karachi Branch but definitely will avoid Lahore Branch

I had a horrible experience with Ambiance Lahore. They moved me to 3 different rooms due to bad smell in my room. last night at 2 am they were painting something underneath my window and the smell drove me crazy. When i complained about it they refused to change my room and offered to shift me to another Hotel. disgusting!!!!!!!

The artwork, location and food were amazing. More over, the staff was highly trained and extremely receptive to all our requests. I can’t recommend this high enough!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Hotel.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, die angebotenen Eierspeisen hervorragend. Die hilfsbereite Freundlichkeit des Personals und die gepflegte und geschmacksvolle Einrichtung.

Beim Kaffee gibt es noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Hier würde ich die Anschaffung einer Siebträgermaschine empfehlen. Die Duschen sind sehr rutschig, hier wären Matten hilfreich

My favourite hotel stay in Karachi, by far.

Everything was exceptional. The staff were all top notch. Kashaf, Mohsin, and the other front-end staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc.

Only downside is there's no gym/pool. However, CORE gym is only a block away inside Ocean Mall (expensive rates, though).

ideal location. extremely courteous, hospitable and accommodating staff. very nice interior. amazing value for money especially compared to similar priced hotels.

Exceptionally outstanding!

I loved the ambiance, comfy and super clean rooms, privacy, and exceptional professionalism of the staff from the conceirge, head chef, waiters, security, and support staff. For the room service menu, if you want an item off the menu or have allergies, the chef customizes your order as per your liking. They treat you truly as a VIP guest!

Room was very clean , staff was very friendly and cooperative . There pick service from the airpot is also good facility and most importantly location is perfect.

The Ambiance is the perfect boutique hotel in Karachi. The property is secure, the staff amazing, it super clean, beds, wifi, aircon all excellent. the kitchen may be the highlight though. other than included breakfast which as ala carte, i had dinner 4 nights in a row and simply asked chef to prepare whatever local cuisine he wanted to. all were outstanding and cut above what normally may find in hotel dining.

Location is fantastic. Staff were amazing. Clean and Modern. Things work really well.

Theres only really one place to sit and hang out in the hotel which is nice enough, but, its just the one little cafe/restaurant area for breakfast and dining.

Great place to stay.

Updated, new facility. Room was comfortable. Food and service at their restaurant was excellent. It is a small hotel, but care has been taken to have good security.

In my particular room, there was a problem with electrical wiring of lights. Once I informed them, they sent an electrician over and the issue was taken care of.

Most memorable stay ever

I loved that the property was very clean. Rooms were modern and the bathroom was a 10/10 - so beautifully made. Staff was exceptionally helpful and so friendly. Food was very tasty. I had a request for a bridal decor as a surprise for my wife and they decorated our room beautifully and made our stay so memorable.

The breakfast selections were varied and tasty. The portions were generous. Enjoyed the dining room decor.

Location and food is very good and all staff are very kind.

Some rooms have no window and one of the staff is money-blind and extremely rude. If you want to book in this hotel, be very careful of him.

Everything was liked about this very arty hotel. The room size was perfect, very comfortable bed. Shower room was a very good size. The art decor in the rooms and around the hotel were exceptional. Great staff always smiling, extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good 😎 Location was very good for us with a mall (Ocean Mall) within walking distance. Very pleased with our stay. A big thanks to all the team.
