The hotel is beautiful and has an outstanding central location. The staff is very friendly and a special mention to the lady in charge of breakfast that was outstanding!

The hotel is really nice. The only comment is that I requested the room with a jacuzzi in the private terrace who has a different price. However, the jacuzzi did not work during the entire period we stayed i the hotel..

We got this on a reduced rate. For that price, the property was exceptional. The suite room was absolutely huge, decorated with a lot of old-school glamour. It felt very luxurious. The shower was incredible and the bed was really comfortable. It was in a great location right in the centre of Ischia Porto. The staff were really nice and the hotel as a whole is absolutely beautiful

Facilities were a bit basic, it was often hard to find a member of staff as they seemed to be short-staffed. The room could have done with being a bit cleaner- it wasn't dirty, but there was a lack of attention to detail. At a reduced rate though it was good value for money. If I was paying full price I would have been more annoyed by these points.

Some areas of outside hotel territory were not finished or under renovation. Rooms are located on the second floor with no elevator.

Location of the property was excellent, personnel was willing to help, though most of them did not speak English and inexperienced. Free parking is available and hotel manages access permission to restricted zone.

Property is definitely not the boutique hotel it claims to be. It might was in the past, but today looks aged and needs serious changes to be able and charge 350euro per night. Breakfast needs serious upgrade, quality is average, yet it is simpler that a 2star hotel. For us was a serious disappointment, as with the amount of money we spend for 6 nights, I am more than confident that we could find better options. Just outside of our room, there where several spaces closed with plastic tents full of broken furniture and not needed staff. Last but not least, out of the 6 nights we stayed, 4 of them hotel was hosting parties just outside of our room...For us noise might not be an issue, yet I believe this is something that the Hotel should be informing its customers. Property might have huge opportunity, yet hospitality business is not a part-time job!

The hotel's location is perfect, very central. It has a truly beautiful garden.

NOISE the hotel hosts events (at least in the weekend we were there) - I would have appreciated being informed about this before booking the place. Our room was in the garden, in the center of the event so to speak. I went on a break to enjoy some peace and quiet. For me, true hospitality means you inform your guests about this before hand so they can make an informed decision whether or not to book. I would not have gone through with my booking had I known about the events beforehand. And a lot of imperfections that could be forgiven being in a 4 star property - but then, the impression is given of a luxury boutique hotel. At the price of 300 eur per night i think that things like housekeeping, staff friendliness, breakfast can step it up.
