lovely location and very clean.
lack of privacy for bathroom, only a curtain between the bedroom and glass wall to bathroom to maintain privacy and the curtain wasn’t long enough to cover the whole bathroom area. not enough hot water for both of us to shower so had to be strategic with water use. also lack of places to hang things

Perfect location, close to the beach and many restaurants. The girl staff was really nice.
The room is really small and there was no chair in the room. Due to pubs around, was very noisy in the midnight. But it was okay.

Location was fabulous. Mirna was a delight to speak to and nothing was a problem for her.
Room was a lot smaller than expected...looks bigger in photos.

The room looks very nice. It is located directly in the old town and near almost all the sights. The reception is very nice and recommand us very nice restaurants.

very clean,in old town, close to everything. Assisted with cases up flights of stairs by front desk . Coffee/tea provided.
No lift our floor top level( older building). had trouble with the tv, not tuning. Room very small

Very centrally located, nicely decorated old building with stone wall details, easy parking nearby, nice sea view from the balcony (in the Annex building), very helpful and friendly staff!
The rooms are rather small.

Right in the center of old city, but still quiet. Staff kind and helpful.

close to all the nice pubs, bars and restaurants; the sea organ was really close also. great place
everything was nice. just a reminder for other travelers- the room is quite small but cute and comfy.

it’s beautiful! everything is done up to a high standard! staff is also very helpful!
seaview from the room, central location.
the door is not soundproof and when other travellers coming and going, you hear everything like they are in the same room.
A little note on the fridge with the minubar prices would be also helpful.
I was a solo traveller and each and every day I received 4 new towels. That was not necessary. I eould have been perfectly happy if they only change it when I ask. That is also better for the environment. Do what big hotels do: leave a note that the towel on the floor means ‘change it please’.

Location
Clean and very good location, room small tight for a long stay, balcony a great bonus for space, overlooking a school playground, and kids are noisy by nature, not a complaint, just an observation..

Close to Old Town and not too far from the bus station. Very clean room with a peak a boo view of the sea

The place is very well located, modern and clean. We only spent one night but it was definitely worth it.
The walls are a bit thin so we could hear people slamming their doors and going in and out of the hallway in the early hours of the morning

I wished there's an elevator

friendly and super helpful staff.
we left before checkout desk was open. which was logistically challenging

Great location but nice and quiet. Easy to get to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for me and my 16 yr old daughter. There was plenty of storage and the air con was great. It’s steps away from the seafront and easy walking distance (15 minutes) from the beach.
Lack of outdoor space. There are three separate properties and we stayed in Idassa Palace therefore no balaconies. The beds were quite uncomfortable, you could feel the springs.
On booking I was quoted a price in GBP and was instructed to pay in Euros at the property in cash. On check out I was told I had to pay in Croatian Kune and therefore had to pay on my credit card. I have paid more than I was quoted on my booking. Please be aware of this when booking through booking.com.

the room has character and it is clean. in the old town
very small rooms and quite noisy .
moreover you need to go to another location for the
breakfast . the Breakfast is just ok and rather limited.
the parking is not so easy to find. Dealing with
check out at ten, getting the car for the luggages and
breakfast makes the departure a bit more complex even
tough we were allowed to leave our luggage at the
reception desk .

the bathroom and the room service

Good location. Clean.
Although in the old town, slightly odd location but fine.

The room is extremely small, like nowhere to put your stuff kind of small (13 m2). The bathroom is behind the glass so if you need privacy - there is none. They don't really have breakfast, instead, they give you a voucher with which you go to another restaurant and there are some ham, cheese, and warm yogurts, no eggs or other stuff you expect for breakfast so we just turned around and went to a decent place for breakfast. But the worst issue is noise. We asked for a quiet room and they said that they are not responsible for any outside noise which is normal but they did not say that there is a nightclub next door that is working until 2am even though it is not allowed by law. Had to call the police to be able to sleep. Also there is no parking. All that said it is totally not worth even half of the money they are asking for it.

Looks exactly as photos; gorgeous exposed walls, clean, open style bathroom.
Marble style stairs going up to the rooms, really modern with a tradition twist.
Located literally a 30 second walk from the quay which is lovely to sit at on an evening. Everything in old town is within walking distance and the sea organ which is right at the other end is only 5-10 minutes away.
Staff are fantastic, really friendly. When we arrived they gave us a map and suggested places for dinner, breakfast, what to see etc.
After checkout they let us store our bags at reception all day too.
There’s a door handle sign to ask if you want your room cleaned which we never used (3 nights) but they changed our bin and gave us fresh towels each day.
There’s usually always someone at reception but you have your own key if the main door is locked, no worries about leaving early or late.
Looking at other reviews complaining about room size and the boiler; the rooms are a touch small but there’s wardrobes where you can fit a small suitcase easily, rails and shelves, bedside tables with shelving and coat hooks behind the door.
The boiler only makes noise whilst you’re in the shower and around 10 minutes after. It doesn’t go on all night! Did not affect our sleep as it automatically turns off.
100% would stay here again and recommend to friends. Very clean, lovely reception staff.
Zadar is cheaply priced and amazing scenery, hoping to return soon.

Great location. Really clean and well equiped room. Very helpfull and friendly staff that gave us great recommendations.
The room is a bit small, difficult to find space for our suitcase and no place to hang the towels.
Not possible to take a shower without getting the floor wet as it’s integrated in the room and just separated by glass wall.
The breakfast offered by a nearby restaurant could be better (no many options). However the location and terrace of the restaurant is fantastic.
8.0
convenient location, room is clean, bright and comfortable. staff is very helpful.
No curtains or shutters- at least i couldn’t find them. Glad i had an eyemask. The immediate vicinity lacks charm but its one minute away from everything including all the beautiful pedestrian streets of Zadar and the sea.
