Below average stay

Convenient location. Breakfast was pretty good and the fresh orange juice that was provided every morning was a big plus. The area is quiet and you can rest well at night, far away from the loud music.

We didn't receive the same room as we requested. The better looking rooms, by the pool, were most likely given to the package holiday tourists (e.g. Jet2 Holidays) that come to this hotel in large numbers. The room that we received was old, the walls looked dirty, the bedding was always stained even though it was changed daily. The worst bit was the awful sewage smell that was coming from the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting. Also, there is no wifi in the room and the quality of the connection in the shared areas is abysmal... basically you cannot use the internet at all during your stay. I wouldn't come back for sure.

Badly Managed and Overcharged

Clean rooms, nice pool and the food was reasonable

Breakfast advertised as included but charged extra for eggs or pancakes. Music by the pool was VULGAR especially with young children around, despite complaints it continued daily. We were overcharged on our final bill for multiples of dinners we didn't have and as we were in a rush for our check-out we just paid without checking. Pool rules state no reservation of sun loungers with towels but it wasn't monitored so loungers had towels on from 3am, ridiculous when people wouldn't show up until 3pm. Poorly managed hotel with superb bar and cleaning staff. Receptionist spent the time admiring herself in the mirror but no proper engagement with guests. We wouldn't go back.

Adequate stay with several issues

Cleaning in bedrooms was first class and the food for lunch etc was lovely.

Terrible wifi, bar staff seem uninterested, lazy and bored. Area around the pool was dirty on a few occasions, sunbeds not cleaned nightly and the pool turned green a few times. Second time back here but unfortunately will probably look elsewhere next time unless they sort wifi and cleanliness issues out.

Great Hotel

Everything mostly. The staff were fantastic, our room was cleaned everyday. Cracking hotel.

People putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning then going on a boat trip or to the market. They then return to them at around 4pm! It's so annoying! There should be some system in place to stop this. One guy said he set his alarm for 5-30am to secure his bed. My message to him is 'you're on holiday mate'!

Great location, very good and varied breakfast, big and nice garden with nice views on the montain

The bed was too soft and the pool needs some cleaning as the water is opaque, however, the beautiful beach is just nearby, we hardly ever used the pool

Good for what we needed

The breakfast was good how they did fresh omelettes and orange juice . The staff were also really nice

The breakfast was amazing. The good location of the hotel near the beach.

The breakfast was very good with alot of varieties, the location near oludeniz beach which was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hospitality of the staff

The room was small, no lockbox to store your documents and money in the rooms.

Superb

The staff were friendly, the location is excellent, it was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast included a great range and was all fresh; lots of healthy options.

The bathroom was humid with a weird smell and the room was pretty small so hard to fit our two suitcase next to the bed.

Fruit was good but coffee horrible

We got a horrible room the first night. We got a tiny discount - so overpriced for the facilities. The second room was better but the bed was very uncomfortable. Please provide proper blankets - the blanket for 2 people is a joke. No supervision at the swimming pool. The restaurant didn't look very appealing.

Great and comfy but needed to provide WIFI to all rooms free of charge so badly

Bed comfort, location and staff were great and satisfactory for the value of money paid. Also, free parking was provided for my car which was on point and very much needed as the area gets quite busy almost all day.

No internet connection in the room! I still cannot believe there is a hotel in this great location, heart of Oludeniz, and did not provide decent wifi into its rooms. This was very disappointing

Variety of options at breakfast and delicious, our room had quite a good view of garden and pool, bed was comfortable, location is one of the best, short walk (5min) to beach and centre, staff was friendly and helpfull

Pool toilet area needs freshen up. Steep slope beside steps. Way too steep for wheel chair user or older people and needs a handrail

People putting there towels on the sunbeds from 6am not using them until midday . Hotel should crack down on things like that . Room a little small . But it was last minute so other rooms weren't available

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Clean room. Close to the beach yet not noisy.

Pool loungers reserved from before breakfast till dinner time despite guests not being there for hours at a time. Inadequate linen on beds.

It might be good choice for adults to stay, because there were a lot of pensioners. The rooms are not big enough.

It was clean and located in the centre. There were a lot of restaurants and markets near there. The pool is kinda big and hotel area is clean. And it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

It was very crowded and noisy at night. The walls are thin, wi-fi doesn’t work and is poor, but staff helped us to find a good wi-fi. Breakfast is not impressive.

the location was very near to Oulsiniz beach and the breakfast was good 👍🏼

the sink was broken and full with water we couldn’t even wash our hands . the room very very small . there was many cockroach and if you open the balcony door the will come more cockroach. the doors lock doesn’t work as well so it’s not safe
