Nestled in Allegheny River, this lovely house for $404 per night is a great choice for your next break. Your perfect home away from home an updated 1900's lakefront home located on Findley Lake with private 2 boat dock located across the street. The home is located on a large private one-acre lot, plenty of space for family fun and games. Fire pits available dockside and behind the home, just off the brick patio. Outdoor dining table provided behind the home. Propane Grill provided. Large driveway with plenty of parkng for several vehicles A fully equipped, updated kitchen with full size gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig and Bunn coffee makers,bean grinder, food processor, blender, air popper, toaster, microwave, etc. The great room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen smart tv with high speed internet, and a large dining table with seating up to 10 and beautiful lake views from the wall of windows. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with two queen beds (room for an additional cot if needed) and one with two full size beds. There is a bonus room with gas fireplace, twin daybed with twin trundle, flat screen tv, and a full glass garage door that can be opened in summer for a great indoor/outdoor gathering room. A full size bath on the second floor with the bedrooms and a full size bath on main level just off the bonus room. Also laundry with full size washer and dryer. We also provide towels, linens, staple spices, paper products (plastic wrap, foil, paper towels, toilet tissue), laundry soap and dish soap. Four seasons getaway! All a lake has to offer: skiing, tubing, kayaking, jet skis, gorgeous sunsets-- the fun is unlimited! In the fall, enjoy the crisp autumn air and countless area festivals, or just sit on your private dock enjoying all the colors the season has to offer. Winter... just minutes from Peek 'n' Peak, where downhill and cross country skiing can be enjoyed, not to mention the groomed snowmobile trails. Year around you can enjoy fishing, where a variety of species abound. Also in the heart of wine country, a short drive to lake Erie, Erie for shopping, gambling , dining. Chautauqua Lake and Chautauqua Institute, Bemus Point, Micro Breweries, Panama Rocks, day trip to Niagra Falls, and much more! Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, boat and snowmobile trailers! Our family really enjoyed our stay. House was exactly as advertised and so clean! We loved the hot tub, kayaking on the lake, s’mores at the fire pit & the beautiful sunsets. Great location, close to Peek n Peak & Presque Isle. Would definitely stay again.

The lakeside cottage was extremely cozy built for maximum relaxation. The view of the lake was the epitomy of serene. It was the perfect getaway complete with vintage trinkets that take you back in time. The Christmas decorations were an awesome touch to celebrate Christmas with the kids and the hosts were extremely responsive and even plowed the driveway. The hot tub was the amenity that ultimately lead us to choose this property and it is very well-maintained. The families would recommend for others to stay.

We enjoyed a break from the stresses of everyday life and more time with family. Russ and Stacy's place provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed time outdoors on their back deck with the hot tub and Kayaking in Findlay Lake with the convenient access across the road from their place. We would definitely come back in the future when our aim is a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

This home was awesome! The view of the lake, the cleanliness, the interior decorating, fire pit and hot tub. We had a great time and would definitely come back here. Peak and Peak is also very close so we booked massages at the spa for some more relaxation. Highly recommended!

What an absolutely beautiful property!! we stayed for a week and felt so at home. We had plenty of space for Myself, my husband our three kids (15,12,4) and my mother. The home provided a comfort while we we so far away from our own. We enjoyed some awesome thunder and lightning storms. On the nights it was clear we relaxed in the hot tub and star gazed. We got family time that will be cherished. The house is very charming, the hosts provide many things that were so very appreciate!! thank you again!

My friends and 1 stayed for 4 nights , Stacy was very helpful an answered any questions I had. The house was clean and very accommodating. The hot tub was an awesome bonus! The neighbors were friendly and allowed us to respectfully have fun outside with 0 complainants. We absolutely will be visiting again next year !

Easy to find location. Hottub was amazing. Plenty of room for my guests and I. Extremely close to peak and peak I look forward to staying again in the summer to enjoy the lake. Had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortably. The owners went above and beyond to make their house a home for vaca.

We stayed for a convention vs vacation. Three adults and one 3 year old. The property was perfect for us. We loved the large yard and lake view. We did not use the lake due to an algae blue. The property owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay easy. Highly recommended.

Very nice property. Pictures are very accurate. With the lake being across the road the view from almost all the windows is spectacular. We loved watching the sunsets from the dock and front yard. Very nice hot tub too.

My adult family and I booked this property as an end of summer getaway and we are sure glad we did. The location on Findley Lake was lovely. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day from the dock. We fished, paddleboarded, and kayaked. We were even fortunate enough to catch a firework show and an autumn festival in Mina. The lake home has been restored and is beautiful- loved sitting at the dining room table which oversaw the lake. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was a very nice bonus as well. The owner's provided wonderful communication and a great atmosphere. Our parting words on our mini vacation, "Do we have to leave?" We would definitely stay stay here again! Thank-you Russ and Stacy for a wonderful stay.

This place was everything that we needed for our vacation. Spotless clean with everything you need and more. The views of the lake are breathtaking. We spent every evening watching the sunset from the front yard or dock then spent time in the hot tub. Our hosts were gracious, friendly and helped us find places to eat during our stay.

The house was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, board games and fire pit. You can tell the owners put in a great deal of time and effort into the renovations and decorating. It's a beautiful property. The first floor bathroom and trundle bed ended up being very useful as one of the members of our party had sustained a knee injury days before our stay.
