You will love the feel of this condo the moment you walk in - bright colors, an open floor plans, and original signed art by Branson entertainer Yakov Smirnoff - it's all yours to enjoy when you stay here! - Living Area - The living area is incredibly spacious, so there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The sleeper sofa is fitted with luxury linens and can accommodate two more guests. There is a large flat screen television, and we include plenty of DVDs (including some of Yakov's comedy specials) for the whole family to enjoy. This condo also has free wifi throughout, and you'll love how much natural light pours into the space! - Two Bedrooms - The bedroom suites are located on either side of the main hallway. Both suites have incredibly comfortable beds, and both suites connect to full bathrooms. The master suite connects to a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second bedroom connects to a standard full bath. A flat screen television is in both bedrooms as well. This property sleeps us to six guests. - Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room - The kitchen and dining area of the condo faces the lake, and there are lots of windows with incredible views of Table Rock Lake. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal. Let's face it, homemade meals just taste better! Skip the lines and eat in while enjoying some incredible views! You'll love the full-size stainless appliances (including a dishwasher) and granite countertops! The dining room table seats six, and there is also a breakfast bar that's perfect for additional seating or just a quick snack. The property includes a washer and dryer as well. - Additional Information - The best place to start your day is on the walkout patio. Hear the lake lapping on the shore, take a nap on the hammock, take your fishing pole and walk down to the lake.The marina is only 200 yards away, with a courtesy dock during the day. There is no trailer parking at the resort without reservations either from the Branson Bay Marina or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive. The condo complex also has a pool and a grilling area, and you are just a ten minute drive from the Branson strip and all the best attractions and shows. This apartment had 40+ pictures of Yakov Smirnoff and celebrities and him and his family. Ive never seen the show. I do wish the pictures of the apartment would have showed this so that I could have been able to decide whether this would have been good for our anniversary weekend getaway. The apartment was very clean, the view was pretty, it just wasnt the romantic getaway I was looking for with all those pictures.

Extremely safe, beautiful condo. From the front door to the end of the outside porch one feels pampered. The host actually provided coffee and filters, which is very rare! There was also a basket of snacks that the men devoured! We own a cabin on 40 acres, that is listed on VRBO and staying at this unit gate us ideas!

The unit was very spacious with beautiful views of the sunset. I could watch the sunset while cooking dinner! We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the view and fresh air. Would definitely stay again!

Very lovely area. Very big. The only issue we had was with the accessible parking. Only one accessible spot and it was taken most of the time. There was actually a golf cart parked in the parking stripes beside of the accessible spot. So if a member of your party uses a wheelchair or if you need accessible parking you may want to think twice about this condo. Other than that great place.

We took a long weekend trip to the lake with friends. We have stayed at The View many times in different condos, but have never stayed In this one. It did not disappoint. The condo is ground level and had easy access. It’s very clean and had everything we needed to prepare our evening meals after getting off the lake. We like having the on-site marina where we can store our boat. This condo is very close to all Branson has to offer. We enjoyed our stay!!

This place is in great location. Great view of Table Rock Lake. Close to all attractions in the Branson area. Had minor issues when we arrived getting into room and with WiFi but called help line for the condo and response was quick and they solved an issues we had quickly. Place was equipped with everything you would ever need. Kitchen had blender, crockpot, toaster oven. Would stay here again.

This condo is perfectly set to view Table Rock Lake. The gated property is literally steps away (a short walk) from the lake should you want to venture outside. The condo is clean, expansive, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay (except hangers in the bedrooms, so you’ll want to bring your own). The kitchen and dining room can easily accommodate a larger group and having two bathrooms is a HUGE plus if you’re traveling with more than two adults. I would definitely stay here again! There does seem to be a weird glitch at the entry gate, but we just ignored it (even with the correct code, it calls for assistance). Luckily, the gate opens anyway and you can drive on through. Also, be sure to add “#” after passcode or it won’t work (we didn’t have that in our info.). The view can’t be beat! The condo is comfortable and has comfortable seating for 6-8 people (which many rentals do not).

Wonderful time! The condo was beautiful and clean, just like the pictures. The view from the back patio was wonderful and peaceful. We had everything that we needed for the four of us and my little doggie. The proximity to attractions and the lake was perfect, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions/concerns. We really enjoyed this property and definitely recommend!

Loved it so much! So peaceful and beautiful. Condo was perfect for us and the pool was lovely, so close. Everything was fabulous, except for the floors were pretty dirty. Lots of debris. The condo seemed clean, so I'm not sure why the floors were not done. Just needed to be vacuumed and hit with a Swiffer mop! Easy peasy. Other than that, it was fantastic.

We loved our stay at Emerald Pointe! The condo description does not not do justice to all this place has to offer. Amazing views, super clean and comfortable place, amazing decor and to top it all it is pet friendly!!! We will certainly stay in this place again, and highly recommend it!!

All in all this property was great and exactly what we were looking for. Great view and the stairs down to the lake was a nice surprise! The only items that were negative was the water and ice dispensers were not hooked up and the floors were not clean...our feet were VERY dirty when barefoot. We had a good stay.

Condo was nice but not super clean. Nice furniture and a great view although there are trees that hinder the view somewhat. You cannot sleep comfortably on the roll out couch. The mattress is too thin so some of the family just slept on the couches. All in all, it was a good visit though.

Overall the condo was ok. Our main complaints relate to the housekeeping and upkeep. 1) there were small pieces of broken glass all over the back patio that my son stepped on and cut his foot. 2) our check-in time was 3:00 p.m. with strict instructions the we would be charged $50 for every 15 minutes that we were early, so we arrived after 3 p.m. & when we tried to get into our condo we were informed by house keeping that we could not check in until 4 p.m., so do we get refunded for every 15 minutes they we had to wait on housekeeping? 3) it said that laundry soap & dishwasher soap would be provided, which there was none, so we had to find a place to purchase some and when we went to put our clothes in the dryer, there were Towels in there that were left from housekeeping or prior guests.

We had a great time! The condo was extremely nice and spacious. My son is in a wheelchair and we had no problems getting in the condo. The art by Yakov Smirnoff was fabulous! He actually came by one morning because he had stayed there and left something in a drawer so that was a nice surprise! Kitchen was well equipped, however the rotating tray was gone from the microwave but we worked around it. Overall it was a great stay and definitely recommended!

The location and the view of this condo is wonderful. However, they have very strict rules on early check in/out because they claim to want plenty of time for their housekeeper to make the place suitable. When we arrived well after the 3pm check in time, there was still a vacuum in the middle of the floor. We had no extra toilet paper left for us. In the process of searching for toilet paper I found used nipple pasties and some tampons from a prior guest that was never cleaned up. The dishes had food still stuck to them. There was no laundry soap left for us. I ended up buying two covers from vera bradley to use because our comforter had some weird browning stain on it. I understand you cannot wash a down comforter, but this stain stuck out like a sure thumb and flipping the cover over to hide it didnt solve the problem. A new cover is what is needed or some dry cleaning of the old one. When I reached out to the property manager about this I never even recieved an apology. I was just told they'd send someone over. The person they sent grabbed the prior guests left over things and dropped off toilet paper. Still never received an apology. What could have been easily rectified has now assured that I will not be using Branson Vacation Rentals when we come down in the future. Considering this is a yearly tradition for us, they could have secured some future business if they had managed the property correctly. Unfortunately the view is not enough for us to return in the future.
