About this house rental
GREAT LOCATION 3 bedroom / 2 Bath Single family home for rent, great for families with full beach charm. First floor has living room with 50" tv, charming painted pickwick pine walls. Kitchen has granite tops, drip & Keurig coffee makers, microwave and all the amenities with dining area off kitchen. The downstairs also has two bedrooms. One with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed, both have 32" tvs. Full bath with walk in tile shower and washer/dryer. Second floor has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, skylights and 50" tv, full bath with shower and tub. Sitting area off master has a bunk bed for the kids with two twin mattresses and a rear door that leads to a 10' by 10' deck & stairs that lead down to the fenced in back yard which has a garage/game room to store all of your beach items. It includes ping pong, fooseball & bean bag toss, a beach cart & some beach toys for the kids. There is an enclosed outside shower, a paver patio with natural gas & charcoal grills, patio furniture, table and chairs for your comfort. Internet, smart roku tvs and Free WIFI (supports 10 devices) are included. We are located in a residential neighborhood just 10 houses from the beach, across the street from the park & playground, giving an open feel that's difficult to find anywhere on the island. Decorated with beach and relaxation in mind. For your convenience, you can find ice cream and all the beach amenities you could possibly need including surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts etc. at "The Boardwalk" store on the corner on your way to the beach. They also have bike rentals. Fantasy Island Amusement Park, shopping and dining are just a short bike ride away. Four Beach Badges are provided. Young children and seniors do not require a beach badge. The nearby guarded beach is cleaned daily. We handle our own rentals & personally inspect and attend to our property every Saturday during the rental season to insure cleanliness and a smooth changeover. Recommended for families! No smoking and no pets & no parties. Bed linens not provided. High chair available upon request.

Wonderful place for a family vacation. The upstairs master is spacious. This connects to a deck with access to the back yard and shower. My son and daughter-in-law stayed downstairs with their toddler daughter. The house is well equipped inside but you need your own beach equipment. We did make use of their beach cart. That was handy with everything that comes along with a 13 month old. The back garage/game room was fun and would be great for kids of all ages. Communication with the owners was great. We did not have any problems so it was basically check in and check out communications.

Our family started an annual tradition of planning a Beach Vacation a few years ago. Everything about this house was perfect. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach and is also across the street from a park with a playground. An added bonus was the Ping pong table room at the back of the property - got to play a bunch with our 8 year old and make awesome memories!! Overall GREAT experience and would highly recommend

Location was great. Loved having the park across the street, ice cream shop on the corner and access to the beach. The garage with games kept the kids (and adults!) busy before and after the beach!

The house was great! Modern touches, but still that beachy feel! The back yard and game room was perfect for our kids to play and the family to hang out together. The house is much larger inside than it appears to be. Erica was very easy to communicate with and made the process very simple!

Our week at William and Erica's beach house exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood., close walk to the beach and a mile and a half to Fantasy Island/town. Nice park across the street and ice cream shop at the end of the street. The house has all the amenities needed. We definitely would like to return, great week!

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a week away from home. We’ve had outstanding issues this summer besides the worldwide pandemic. Being able to go as a family to this great home was a true blessing. Playground across the street feels like your own. House and yard and garage were spacious enough you could be alone, but close enough to not be lonely. Just great.

Awesome location close to beach and a great sub shop and a store that sells or rents all you need. Super clean and cute place that met all our needs. The game room was awesome. Slept all of us comfortably. Will be back

We loved our stay at this property. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything that we needed. It's in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the local ice cream store. The owners were very responsive to our questions. My teens loved the game room out back. We would definitely stay here again!

This charming home provided the perfect vacation getaway for the week. It is close to the beach and far enough (but not too far) from the hustle/bustle of main street Beach Haven which allows for peaceful moments. The game room located in the rear of the property, along with the area for grilling and dining outside was perfect for entertaining kids.

I recently rented this property for an extended Memorial Day weekend stay and was pleasantly surprised. The pictures don’t give you the full experience of this lovely beach cottage. The home itself is well maintained and the decor is perfect! Every corner of the house is clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen has all a family could need. Myself and my 2 adult daughters stayed with each of our partners so the game room (not pictured) outside in back of the yard was great for us to enjoy ping pong, foosball, and corn hole. The yard had seating for all, even when some friends came to visit. The location to the beach is perfect and we rented bikes and walked to get ice cream at The Boardwalk store right at the corner...super convenient! Great spot to ride bikes in the bike lane all the way to the end of the island! The owners William and Erica were awesome to deal with. Loved my stay here!!

As you walk through the door you instantly feel at home. The house is charming, inviting, and cozy.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The home is spotless and the beds and sofas were very comfortable. Grill available, fun seating in garage located at the back of the house and games available.
The owners were extremely hospitable. They made us feel very welcomed.
We would love to return next year
