This was close to downtown Issaquah and the perfect size 2 bedroom 1 bath house. There was street parking for 2 cars in front of the house and parking other places on the street. There were 2 cars parked in front of the house that didn’t move the whole time we stayed there that took up some space. A family neighborhood and we had many, many trick or treaters at Halloween. The hosts were nice and responsive. I had to give four stars due to it needing some upkeep. While the maintenance needed likely won’t affect your stay, the comfort might. The mattresses and furniture have all seen better days and there was plenty of stuff already stored there, so it cut down on storage space. Overall it met our needs. I would love to see this place at full potential.

Couldn’t ask for a more centrally located home. It’s got everything you need especially if you like the outdoors. It also has a grill which is clutch during summer time and nice Italian plum tree. Only recommendations would be to bring some shape knives with you if you like to cook and hope the weather stays cool as the AC isn’t designed for 90+ days.

We had an extended stay and pick this property for its location due to nearby relatives, downtown Issaquah and Front Street. Found that it was very convenient to downtown but also centrally located to various hiking trails and other venues nearby beyond Front St. Comfy home with well stock kitchen. It was everything we wanted and more. Owners was very responsive to our requests and needs. Look forward to staying at this property again next year.

The location couldn’t be better! Within walking distance is the city center and walking/hiking trails. Cute house! But wish it had AC. Friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!

We did an extended winter rental to have a convenient “home away from home” on the other side of the mountains during snow events - and we couldn’t have made a better choice! The communication with the host, Laura, was excellent. Her immediate responses and attention to our needs was much appreciated throughout our entire stay. The house is cozy and well appointed as shown in the listing. The location of the house is perfect! All the conveniences of city living while being in a lovely small neighborhood - perfect for walking our dog (which these hosts graciously allow to stay), running errands or picking up take-out from a number of wonderful restaurants. The house has close access to an express bus to downtown Seattle which is a huge plus and should be taken advantage of during your stay - as well as convenient to I-90 for times you need to drive. We loved our stay so much we’ve already rebooked!

Perfect small home for our stay in Issaquah. The location at the foot of the Cascades was perfect for our retirement, hiking and biking lifestyle. The events all summer in the town provide evening entertainment with weekly free concerts on the lawn, weekly free blues on Front Street, and many more activities. We loved walking to dinner, shopping and entertainment. Owners were quick to respond to questions, much appreciated!
