The property is very well situated. A short walk to the beach and seafront walk. Lots of coves and inlets for swimming and exploring. You can walk to Pornic in smaller nearby town in no time at all. House had loads of space for the family. and great little garden. Parking for 3 cars is available too. I would recommend to anybody.

We travelled from Canada to have a 60th birthday celebration with friends and family from both Canada and the UK. Throughout, Ms de Carne has been nothing but wonderful to deal with from the very fair price for such a lovely house to even helping us figure out the wifi when we arrived at the home. You are a stones throw from several beautiful beaches including one with a small restaurant. The nearby village of St Marie sur Mer has everything required following an early morning walk, such as delicious breads and pastries, a post office, a twice weekly market, tabac, bar, supermarche and creperie. A longer walk of 2 Kms can get you into Pornic with its beautiful harbour, restaurants and very friendly people. For more complex shopping requirements there is a mall within 5 minutes driving distance and several communities close by, including St Michel Chef Chef. The adventure park is a fantastic day out and is close by allowing a very tiring and challenging day for both adults and children. There is an artisanal cheese producer close by and a go kart track for auto enthusiasts Casablanca, the house is beautifully equipped and there was enough rooms and beds for our complicated family to enjoy and relax. Very attractive large house and wonderfully light due to three sets of French windows. This made for an enjoyable stay and the property is also well situated for the beaches as well as for Sainte Marie, a pleasant suburb of Pornic (where there is a supermarket, cafe, etc). There is also a lovely walk along the coast path into Pornic, a typical French seaside town that's enjoyable to explore - though Pornic is a bit of a trek on foot, it is easy to do by bike.
