My family and I just spent a week in this beautiful and well equipped rental property in Shinnocock Hills (Southampton) NY. Everything from the exceptional grounds to the open living area made our stay there most memorable. Every request we made to Leslie was answered in a very timely and amenable fashion. Our stay at Leslie’s home was Great . The back yard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time out by the pool and deck . The house is spacious and kept very clean . We will definitely be back some day . Thank you for sharing your home with us this summer 2022

This is a beautiful home, just as pictured. It's spacious, has comfortable seating, and all the amenities for a home-away-from home stay. The outside offers plenty of opportunities for fun (swimming pool & firepit) and relaxation with a zen vibe (koi pond, sweet bridge crossing, hammock, gazebo). The owner, Leslie, was responsive to questions before and during the trip. It's quiet and private. And you can expect to be delighted throughout the day by close encounters with the deer who live in the area. When we arrived, it was immediately apparent the house had not been cleaned. Some areas (stove, refrigerator/freezer) had not been cleaned in a while. Other areas (garbage disposal, bathrooms) still had evidence of previous guests. We contacted Leslie right away and she had cleaners there the next day. However, we had to do quite a bit of cleaning to eat, store groceries, and use the facilities. Then we lost a lot of the day waiting for the cleaners to finish because we have small dogs and wanted to keep them out of the way. Happily, Lillian and the pool cleaners did a great job. Once that was done, we had no other issues with the house. There was one other disappointment, but this was completely on us for not checking in advance. We had been looking forward to long walks in the neighborhood, but this property is on a short, dead-end road and the connecting road is a very busy county road. In general, this property is in a great location for getting around the eastern side and South Fork of Long Island. A short drive brought us to all the places we wanted to see.

Very enjoyable stay at the Byron’s. Grandkids loved the pool. Leslie was very attentive and proactive to our needs.

Wonderful property! We hardly left the house. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with lots of space for the little ones to play. The house itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing time! We would definitely rent again!

We had a very nice family week spent in this home, and Leslie could not have been more responsive and accomodating. House was more than big enough with an incredibly beautiful pool and backyard space for hanging out. While the inside of the home (appliances, linens, etc) could use a bit of updating and maintenance, overall the location, pool, and host responsiveness made it a positive experience for our family.

My wife, daughters, and I enjoyed the trip to Southampton very much. The house was spacious, clean, and cool. There were supplies aplenty in the kitchen and the pool was big and a very nice temperature. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. The ocean beach was a 10 minute drive and the bay was even closer. We would definitely like to stay here again next summer.

Leslie's home was perfect for our family of 6. A quiet, safe, charming retreat with a large heated pool, Koi pond, gardens, hot tub, yard, fire-pit, hammock, and more. Our children played and swam out back every day for two weeks, while we grilled and ate meals on the deck. Inside is incredibly spacious - tons of room for 6 of us. Leslie was very responsive any time we had a question. Would stay again!

We had such a great time at this beautiful, unique house. The downstairs open layout and spacious master bedroom were great for spending time together and keeping tabs on our little ones! The backyard is beautiful -- the pool was warm and had so many pool toys available, and we ate nearly every meal outside. My kids' favorite part was going over to the bridge to see the waterfall and the fish (which we had to do 10 times during every. meal, of course!). We had a few questions during our stay and Leslie was always quick to respond.

Everything was as perfect as the pictures depict! The owner was extremely responsive and the scenery was relaxing and picturesque. Close to town and beaches. We would highly recommend and plan to return!

Despite a literal dark cloud over our Memorial Day weekend trip, we had an amazing stay. Leslie was a terrific host, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The house and property are immaculate and are thoughtfully well-appointed. We wanted for nothing. The heated pool and spa were wonderful, particularly with the weather. Peaceful, secluded, beautifully landscaped with lush blooms and bubbling waterfall. Huge pool, plenty of seating outside and great hot tub - a real oasis. Kitchen stocked with plenty of nice quality pots and pans, nice appliances and tableware. Comfortable seating in sunny rooms. Our only complaint would have been that bathrooms needed a little more attention from the cleaning team. Overall lovely experience!

Had a great winter break at this gorgeous and comfortable house in a great location. Everything was as described, and the owners were super helpful and responsive. Just the Covid escape we needed.

Spacious and clean accommodations a few minutes from the lovely town of Southampton, NY. Just a short trip to eclectic shopping and dining. Large, open floor plan with a huge master bedroom and a beautiful atrium room that overlooks a private, fenced in backyard. The owner is very responsive and communication is effortless. The owner also welcomes well behaved pets. Restful stay in the heart of the Hamptons. Both my husband and myself would welcome the opportunity of booking this vacation rental in the future.
