Excellent location in the center of town

I stay here again and again. The location is perfect. The price is perfect. The free parking is perfect. The pool and vegetation is perfect. It's my fave place to stay in Kona.

This property was very cute! The location is literally steps from the beach and many shopping locations and restaurants. It’s the perfect location! CeCe was east to get a hold of if I had questions and responds very quickly. Loved this place and will definitely recommend to a couple or small family. I will definitely stay here again!

Room: 137 Awesome place, came just as described, really close to everything(food, store, etc.) Parking was the only confusing thing but the receptionist was very helpful, and it was solved quickly.

As a first time Hawaii vacationer, this was the perfect accommodations. Our flight was delayed and we arrived after hours and CeCe's assistant was prompt to answer our call when we arrive after midnight! The location is perfect in the heart of Kona, within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping. We loved it here! My daughter works for the airline and will stay here again!!

it was fine. the mattress is on the old side and somewhat lumpy but the one real problem with the unit is a very bright spotlight directly outside the sliding glass door in the bedroom/unit. that shines all night. this would be easy to fix with blackout curtains but they have very simple cheap curtains instead. this i don't understand. its the one thing that is very bad about the unit and easily corrected. its such a bright light and so unacceptable without blackout curtains. i specifically asked the owner if the unit had quality curtains that blocked out light. the curtains in that unit are not good enough for that horrible spot light.

Nice location! Id like to make a couple suggestions. It would be nice to add a floor mat in front of the shower with more than 2 towels. The place could use some upgrades as well.

Property was very outdated. Was supposed to be condo but that would be stretching it. Kitchen and Bathroom we’re shared. Very unusual setup. Location was good but overpriced.

The location is perfect for all things Kona. Right in the heart of the town! If you want to stick around the town center, you don’t even need a car. I will say that if you’re looking for aesthetic, this may not be your place. Functionality is valued over aesthetic, which was fine for us but maybe not everyone, fair warning.

Parking is the issue

Parking was very limited after 8pm, but the place was right next to the main strip in Kona, easy to walk to. The bed was not the most comfortable unless you like a pretty firm bed to sleep on. This condo is not positioned with a view of the ocean, but it was a nice place to rent from. The host was responsive when I reached out. It was a good experience overall, and I would rent this spot again in the future

Perfect place to stay in Kona. Kinda strange the way the place is laid out (like they cut one condo in two) - didn't expect to have a refrigerator next to the bed - but it added to its charm. Very cozy, so comfy, & we loved the hot tub & pool. So close to shops & restaurants! Would definitely return.

The location is the best, so close to everything! We didn’t spend much time in the stay but if I had to make some suggested changes I’d say the bed needs to be updated and a small self or nightstand next to the bed would also be great. Other than that it is a great stay! 😊

There were some issues during our stay and eventhough the host did respond, she blatantly ignored all our questions and issues even when I asked again. We love the surrounding property and would rent here at the property again but just from a different host. I’m sorry to say this as we are generally pretty easy going people.

This is an Ok property for a night or two. Very quiet and food places are not available after 8 pm or have delivery services. Breakfast places don’t open until around 7:30 am. You’ll be very hungry if you come into Kona on a late flight.

I lodged there to be close to the airport, but was surpised by its cleaniness, amenities, location to ocean and dining... i would lodge there again.

I live on island but needed a weekend getaway. This place hit the mark. CeCe was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The unit was comfy and spacious perfect for a party of 1 or even a couple. Close to all shops, restaurants and beaches.. This place was great. I look forward to staying here again when i take my next weekend getaway.. Thanks So Much!!

This unit is perfectly located in the heart of Kona Town, you can't beat the price. Property grounds were lovely. Unit was clean. Check in Receptionist was funny and amicable. There are some tiny little bugs (some kind of ants?) that are attracted to the garbage, so I would suggest taking garbage out daily. It was a minor concern, but overall, our stay here was excellent. Thank you.

Great location and the resort grounds were well maintained. Close to beach and restaurants. Inadequate parking and ended up parking down the street. Unit was older but redecorated. Nice patio. Bed is worn out and needs replacement.

The unit was cute, clean and in a great location. Grounds are lovely with lush greenery just outside the back patio door. Only complaint is the parking is not assigned to each unit and is very limited. I was there during busy time of year just after Christmas and had to park in a vacant lot about 1/2 block away from the property and walk up/down 2 hills. I could manage but people with mobility issues would definitely not. Also the futon is fine for seating but would not recommend for sleeping as it is not comfortable for sleeping. Bed was comfy tho ! Would have given check in process a 5 star but my room was not ready at 4:00pm, had to come back an hour later to check in. Super convenient location to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Walked to a coffee shop few doors down every morning for Kona coffee and breakfast. I didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.
