La ubicación y las vistas. Las almohadas un poco duras, por lo demas todo bien.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was on the 23rd Floor and while this meant using a very slow lift the view made it worthwhile and also we got very little noise from the street below. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were only given one set of keys and you needed the keys 3 times before getting into the room, outside gates, entrance door to apartment block and obviously to enter the apartment. This made it very difficult for us to split up and do different activities. Also more information should be given on the out of hours check in, several different groups were checking in on the Sunday afternoon but most including myself could not complete the process. Fortunately a Spanish gentleman who was familiar with the process helped everyone get their keys.

Lo mejor de todo son las vistas brutales que tiene junto con la ubicación, y el apartamento en si está bastante bien con su aire acondicionado, ventilador de techo en la habitación y es bastante bonitos tiene pequeños detalles que le dan el toque como la luz del espejo del baño o las del cabecero de la cama Me gustó todo, no habría nada que no me gustase, por sacarle algún pero podría decir que el ascensor tarda un poco pero siendo un piso 23 es normal... Todo perfecto

Las vistas son insuperables! Estuvimos muy a gusto en este apartamento en primera línea de playa! En general todo muy CÓMODO, limpio, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana: tabla de planchar, tendedero, cafetera, tostadora, kettle, batidora (lo que echamos en falta fue un escurridor para la pasta), incluso un pequeño secador de pelo. Las SÁBANAS vienen puestas y también dan TOALLAS. Hasta dejaron un pequeño kit de estropajo, lavavajillas y detergente que se agradece. Tened en cuenta que no hay horno para organizar vuestras comidas. Hay un aparato de AIRE ACONDICIONADO en el salón y en la habitación (interior) un VENTILADOR DE TECHO. La urbanización tiene un PARKING privado de tierra. La PISCINA no es muy grande pero la verdad es que no la usamos teniendo la playa tan conveniente. Se puede entrar al recinto tanto por el paseo marítimo como por la Av. del Mediterráneo. Saliendo por delante, en un par de pasos estaréis en la playa. La PLAYA justo frente a los apartamentos no está tan saturada como hacia los lados. Seguramente sea porque hay una zona de rocas que hace un poco difícil llegar a la zona profunda. Tendréis que valorar si preferís la comodidad de estar más espaciados en la arena o la facilidad de entrar en el agua sin pisar piedras. La ZONA, en la playa de Levante es muy animada, hay restaurantes y bares cerca. Lo bueno es que en el bajo del edificio hay un restaurante tranquilo y un par de tiendas no tienen música durante todo el día (aunque en el piso 23 poco se oye del ruido de la calle, solo el mar). Lo peor: que los tenedores tenían roña pegada entre los pinchos. Aunque la habitación se usa poco, es una lástima que sea interior y no entre la brisa.

It was 100% perfect. Very nice and clean appartment with everything available that you need for a good vacation. Easy contactless check in and out, however an office is available arround the corner if needed. Amazing location and views. Very friendly host and good price for off season. This is the best appartment I booked untill now and I recommend this very strongly, you will not regret. Everything is arround the corner for shopping, and the appartment is really on the beach. I am very satisfied and sure will boek it again. Nothing.

Buenas vistas y ubicado en primera linea de playa. Fiel reflejo de las fotos. La apartamento estaba reformado y muy limpio. Aun siendo bastante nuevos el sofa y la cama son bastante incómodos para mi gusto. Es una pena ya que son una parte fundamental para estar comodo.

View fantastic, location on the beach close to all the restaurants and bars, clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and return during low season. Price very reasonable. Las Dunas restaurant was very good. Well equipped apartment with a starter pack of cloths, washing up and washing machine liquid and shop nearby for all you need. Thought we might need the heating but, with the blinds open, the room was roasting. Bed a little small so we used the sofa bed which was very comfortable for one person. Very quiet in benidorm over Xmas this year so not sure what it would be like in normal times. At these times not sure if it would be a noisy location and a parking space would not be guaranteed. Lift very slow but choice of 4 lifts.
