This little house was awesome! Very acquaint. Minutes from Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse. Wind and Jewel Caves not far either. Easy drive to the Badlands (1 1/2 or so). Block away from downtown Hill City and the Mickelson trail. Sheridan Lake was very convenient. Our kids loved hearing the rooster every morning. We don’t get that in the north burbs of Chicago. LeeAnn was great! She was very informative with ALL the questions I had. She had an answer to everything asked! AND the washer and dryer was a life saver! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Centrally located to so many parks and tourist attractions--this clean, cute, well appointed little house was perfect for us. (a couple spending a week enjoying the wonderful beauty of The Black Hills) Perfect for two --more then three -- a stretch..

The bunkhouse was a perfect location to sights in the Black Hills area. Hill City is an adorable town. The bunkhouse was a nice, very clean place located 1 block off the main highway through town so it was a quiet place too. Just the right size for 2 of us with lots of space for our suitcases and traveling items. Would highly recommend if you are looking at a place in the Hill City area.

Excellent location. Has all the comforts of home, everything you need. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching all the the deer show up each night just as sunlight was fading. Did have an issue with security that was unresolved.

Nice little house

Very clean with all we needed to enjoy our six days exploring Hill City. We grilled out every night. The knives were even sharp - a first in all my VRBO stays! Lee Ann couldn't have been more helpful & responsive. We needed an overnight pkg & she had it delivered to her Ranch & then delivered it. Next my husband left his new computer cord & Lee Ann mailed it to us. If we came back to the Black Hills, we would stay here again. Easy walk (a short block) to town & ice cream!

If i could give this property and the owner 7 stars, it would not be enough. Lovely place, that is close to downtown shops and restaurants. We had a great weekend in this little quiet house. Early mornings, having coffee was so relaxing. Owners accommodated a parking solution for our large trailer as well. Thank you so much!
